Yes, I recommend this property.
This hotel is new compared to most hotels in the area. I did not dine at the lobby restaurant but it looked very nice. The hotel had better amenities than most comparable properties and had a lovely firepit outside that could be enjoyed weather permitting. The pool, hot tub, and sauna seemed well maintained although the hot tub had some grime in it. Nothing a quick shower after returning to the room couldn't take care of.

Closest Hotel to Magnolia Market, Less than a 10 Minute Walk

Yes, I recommend this property.
Hotel was clean. Staff was helpful and got me checked in quickly. I found the room to be extremely comfortable. I was a little worried when I first got there that it would be hot as the outdoor temps were 110 and there was a note above the thermostat, but the 73 degrees felt freezing cold to me. Other reviews do mention the homeless population but I found the location super convenient to Waco hot spots like Magnolia, Spice Village, Bayor, and Ninfa’s and encountered no issues from the shelter next door.
