Since we arrived, there was unnecessary tension with the reception staff. There was a discrepancy with the reservation, and an external lady solved the problem for us. Among the group, only one Cuban person showed kindness and professionalism; he did what she said he would do. The others seem to forget that they are the face of the hotel, often with a frown... some don't even greet the guests.
On the morning of the 31st, breakfast was chaotic... there was a lack of staff, and the space was very uncomfortable... the kitchen staff did what they could.
The most tense moment occurred on the morning of the 4th when we wanted to take a shower, and there were no towels. The lady with the cleaning cart gave us a lecture on how we should request missing items, which irritated me because all I wanted was a couple of towels since none had been left the previous day. From her accent, I gathered that she was Venezuelan.
In summary, the stay was strange... unnecessarily tense, from my perspective as a guest, of course
