We stayed here three nights. This is in an unusual residential location which makes it a quiet location and convenient to shopping. The staff is excellent - very helpful.

We stayed here two nights - the staff, Eric and Lana were extremally helpful; and Mike who was our waiter for the two breakfasts was outstanding. A friendlier and helpful staff you could not find. The room (10th floor) was large with a beautiful view of the ocean - and what a value. I'm coming back.

Welcome to the newly remodeled Holiday Inn Express & Suites Park City, Utah , located a short 36 miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Our central location at Hwy 80, exit 146, is ideal for experiencing year round activities including two mountain resorts, Deer Valley and Park City and the Utah Olympic Park just a short distance from the hotel.
A variety of shops, restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance of the hotel. There is also a convenient complimentary city bus shuttle available across the street from the hotel. Additional activities include dining or shopping at Historic Main Street boutiques . Many other events including the annual Sundance Film Festival in January can be enjoyed by our guests.

Quincy (I believe that is his name) was a great help. Excellent staff all around. This is one of the nicest HIEs I have stayed at. Covid put a crimp in the breakfast offering but they did a nice job of offering what they could with fresh fruit, yogurt, etc.

The staff is wonderful - very helpful. I believe the guy that helped us was Jackson.
This hotel is new (Last October) and has simply the best step-in shower that I have seen. It actually has good water pressure. :>)
The only downside is that they actually charge $5 a night for even their outdoor parking. I have never seen that before.

I had a free night at this hotel. They charged my credit card for "incidentals." I had no incidental charges but they left a charge on my bill and have refused to remove it. I have attempted multiple times to speak to the manager about this and she has never returned my call. I consider this unacceptable for any hotel but especially for a HIE. dd
