No, I do not recommend this property.
Room condition and lack of soaps. Cracked lamp shades, filthy rugs in room. Lack of housekeeping, shower leaking water on floor, repeated calls for assistance. I took pics and am going to write a letter to the new manger and provide pictures. I’m a long time patron of this hotel and it is going down hill since new manager took over upon retirement of former manager Cindy and new ownership took over.
Overall decline in the dining room menu, guest rooms and common areas. Such a shame. There is plenty of competition now in Saratoga. Holiday Inn is no longer the only game in town and you will lose customers. Lack of response with broken shower flooding bathroom, no soap, coffee, cups. I was shocked. Been coming for years. Plenty of less expensive and much newer properties in town. IHG better smarten up. I know many ppl that went to other hotels and left Holiday Inn after many years. It’s hard to remain loyal when the hotel is going downhill and newer less expensive options are available with more amenities.

No, I do not recommend this property.
$35 to park right next to the building in their lot is a sign. Old property in need of new bathroom fixtures. Mold and rust in bathroom. Took pics to send to IHG and hotel.
Air conditioning was either ice cold or hot. It was loud. I washed the filter on the AC as it was filthy and caked with dust and dirt.
Booked river view room and on a weekend so lots of late night drag racing on the strip with muscle cars and motorcycles.
Overall the property needs to be overhauled/refreshed. Next time I’ll be at the hotel across the street on the river or IHG Palomar in City Center.

Yes, I recommend this property.
This is a top notch Holiday Inn but due to Covid the dining room only offers very limited breakfast items. Cocktail lounge is closed.
Housekeeping is limited also due to Covid.
Not the usual experience but what is now a days ?
Still my favorite place in S’toga
