Had a comfortable stay. Staff was great, room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The hotel was quite and and met expectations.

We stayed here for a visit to Washington College. We couldn't have been happier. I am a picky person regarding cleanliness. This place I had no issues with. It was clean. The breakfast is amazing!!! They do such a great job with the food choices. My kids loved it!

Our room was large, clean and very quiet, which was comforting on a cold and rainy night. After a day of moving we were pleasantly surprised by our room. The front desk staff was very professional and welcoming...thank you!

Not Pleased

Our first night we had a leak in the ceiling and weren't able to sleep. After informing the front desk, I was told they were sold out and I would have to wait for a room to be cleaned before I could change rooms. I was leaving for an event but my pregnant wife had to wait. After a few hours she loaded all our luggage back in our car and gave the front desk her phone number so she would know when our room was available. She was never contacted. When I got back to the hotel the room was ready but they had failed to tell my wife. The room they put us in had mold on the ceiling and walls of the bathroom and the shower lever had a screw so loose it was catching the lever so you could barely turn the knob. I am not happy with this location and would not recommend or stay here again. For the price I paid I would have expected a lot more. I have stayed at cheaper hotels that were nicer than this one.

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this HI Express and every stay has been super. Not only is the hotel convenient to I-85, it is clean and fresh every time. Best of all, the staff is professional, friendly and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I'm certain we will continue to stay in this hotel when our travels take us down I-85.

Staff were really nice and make check in and out a breeze. Room was small but workable however on next stay will request 2 queen beds rather than one King for more space.
