At Candlewood Suites Cut Off our extended-stay guest are given all the comforts of home and treated like family.
Just 30 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and 55 miles from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY), our hotel’s location in Cut Off, Louisiana is perfect for everything from a family vacation to a business trip. Thanks to a 24-hour Business Center, corporate travelers can stay in touch with the office and complete business-related work with ease. Furthermore, several businesses like Edison Chouest Offshore and Bristow Heliport is a short distance away. While at our hotel’s property, guest should also travel to Grand Isle State Park, which is not only home to the annual Tarpon Rodeo, but also offers beachfront fun, including swimming and fishing. If you’re looking for a day on the water, book a fishing charter and experience deep sea-fishing at its finest. You can also spend the day at the lovely Tidelands Golf & Country Club as well as LaTour Golf Club, and since we are located in Cutoff, our hotel is in close proximity to the area’s numerous festivals, as well. Whether you’re relocating, on temporary assignment, training or working in or around the Cut Off area, our all-suite hotel’s design will have you feeling at home in no time. Although an IHG member, this was my first experience staying at a Candlewood Suites and Cut-Off, Louisiana sets the standard.
The rooms were comfortable and efficiently organized with everything one would need including a full size refrigerator (with ice maker) microwave, stove top, and all pertinent dishes and cooking utensils. The place was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. the WIFI worked like a charm. The Free popcorn and free laundry service was awesome, and the work out facility was a nice plus.
The staff was friendly and attentive especially the manager, Tiffany Dardar and Shanetel at the front desk. I highly recommend Candlewood Suites, Cut-Off as the best place to stay in the area.

The Holiday Inn Express at the ICOT center was clean and the staff was helpful. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was also in a great location with several shops/restaurants in the same parking lot.

Great quality and experience I expect from a HIE. Very clean, comfortable beds, attentive staff. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been pleased. The BBQ place right down the road is also wonderful and they offer 10% off to the hotel customers which was great!

Very clean

It was a very clean room. Staff was very friendly. It sits on a side road so no heavy traffic, but easily accessible to a lot of restaurants and stores. Would definitely consider this hotel again if I were to ever be in this area again and would look for a Candlewood Hotel for consideration in my future travels.

Convenient to I10, could use improvement

This was my second stay at this hotel and I was disappointed in the morning front desk staff' experience, not helpful.
The room I was in had problems with the lighting and continuous fan noise on the air conditioner. Being that I had checked in late and was tired, I did not report the problems.
The hotel itself is nice, the room is big, but the Management needs to take a serious look at my review to fix the problems I mentioned.
The price I paid for the one night was too much for what I received. Then again, this is high season in AZ, so I know that hotels can upcharge for just that reason.
