Staff was friendly- they were especially attentive to granddaughter, addressing her each morning. They were helpful. Breakfast staff were kind of weird, felt like they were watching every thing you took. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Side note- pancake machine was out of order 3 of the 4 days we were there. They had bacon one day, veggie omelettes twice. One complaint about breakfast- biscuits were hard and tasteless.

You will notice that the only question not receiving the best score was the one addressing the booking experience online. What threw this off was the fact that
I had accidentally stumbled onto a web site for Fort Washington, PA that was for the original Holiday Inn before the conversion to "EXPRESS" The site still functioned as though it was valid, and I was baffled by
the response I kept getting;"NO ROOMS AVAILABLE".
If I hadn't returned to my Google search to try and determine what went wrong, I might never have noticed the correct site for the current H.I.E., and I would have ended up filling out this review for a lesser experience somewhere else, I am sure.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites is located less than 2 miles away from the University of Missouri, MU Hospital & Clinics, Broadway Shops & Lemone Industrial Complex. We offer easy access to many area attractions including the Downtown District, Mizzou Football Stadium, Hearnes Center, and the Mizzou Arena. Our corporate or leisure guests from out of town will be able to get to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites from the airport very quickly. Our hotel is 100% non smoking, with large comfortable suites, indoor swimming pool, large spa & state-of-the-art Fitness Center as well as our updated Express Start breakfast featuring a gluten free option. We, also, provide 5000 sq. ft. of meeting space for small or large meetings & a business center for all of your research or printing needs! Make Holiday Inn Express & Suites your home away from home!

Nice room but huge noise issue

I have stayed at this location twice and both experiences have been bad. The rooms and overall hotel is nice but I was unable to sleep either night because of all the loud partying going on outside my room. The first visit was a 50 year old birthday party that lasted until about 1:30 am. The other night it was teenagers running through the halls until 2:00 am while their parents partied in the lobby. The manager would never return my calls.

Outstanding staff

We were in Boston during the blizzard on February 9, 2017 due to our daughters surgery on February 10, 2017. Staff at the front desk were the most friendly and helpful people we have ever dealt with. The support crew worked extremely hard during the blizzard to keep parking area, sidewalk etc. clear of snow. Inside, the floors were kept clean and dry from the snowy foot traffic. Amazing task! Having hot coffee, tea, and flavored water available all day was a nice gesture.

Live 100 miles from Boston, in New Hampshire. Stayed at this hotel twice, once at operation time and this time for follow up.
Hotel prices in Boston unreasonably high. This hotel gives a hospital discount. Location is a strong reason for selecting this hotel. Very close to downtown Boston.
Walk to subway close by.
A most pleasant gem for practicality with clean facilities helpful very friendly staff

We chose this resort, sight unseen, for a stop over on our way to Florida. It was a bit of a trek off the main route but was well worth it. The location was perfect. Wonderful oceanfront room with a restaurant on site which made for an easy and relaxing stop over. Would definitely do it again.
