Front Desk is only manned by one person and she’s always busy. Even calling from the room to front desk, there’s a huge wait or no answer. Secondly, it’s been 15 days since my visit and the 10-day hold release promise is not done. They stated and pointed at a sign that said the deposit hold would be released in 10 days. It’s been 11 business days and it’s still on hold.

Hotel is ok, it was clean just worn. Mattress were wrapped in plastic so they were nosy every time you moved. AC didn’t work and the fan barely moved any air. Location was good and staff was friendly. Breakfast isn’t much to write about.

Sollte dringend renoviert werden.Alte Möbel,dreckigeTeppiche und veraltete Badezimmer.Kellner unmotiviert beim Frühstück.Verlangen Extra Geld für einen Cappuchino bei einem Frühstückspreis von 22€.Das habe ich in 25 Jahren IHG Mitgliedschaft noch nicht erlebt.Bis auf weiteres werde ich dieses Hotel weder empfehlen noch selber dort buchen

Horrible Restaurant

The restaurant that served the breakfast that isn't free was horrible! And the dinner even worse! The dinner server was very rude, the food was cold and the beer was expired!!! We didn't realize the breakfast wasn't included. As an IHG hotel, breakfast should be included! And not $14.95 per adult!

Indifferent staff

Our check in was ok…no problems…although the desk receptionist was pretty indifferent and didnt seem enthusiastic about being there at 9 pm. The cost was a little pricey for a Thursday. Elevator could use some touch up paint…wallpaper was peeling off part of the bathroom…the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable..the breakfast was excellent…the hotel was very clean, just needed a few touch ups.

A smart hotel near Lyon’s Old Town, with an outdoor pool, free parking and WiFi included

Too Expensive

I believe the hotel is nice although $40 to park just to stay overnight at the hotel you have already paid for is absolutely ridiculous. I also noticed it was hard to find the ice machine as there was no info on this in the room or on a sign? I was also shocked over how small the rooms were. Also the fitted sheet did not properly fit the mattress and would continue to come off as I was sleeping. Small fix but an annoying thing to keep waking up from. $25 for breakfast is also way too expensive on top of the parking fee already being charged. This hotel is overall too costly. Also, in the year of 2025 you would think the tv would have at least netflix or some streaming app rather than just certain channels of live tv...the tv remote has a button that says "Guide" but when you press it nothing happens, you can only flip through channels up and down. I even tried to connect my Iphone to screenshare something and it wouldn't work. Was pretty outdated and boring.

The hotel itself is nice. The problem we had with the stay was the shower in the bathroom was not cleaned at all. Not only was there hair in there but there were stains. It was too late to call housekeeping so I cleaned it myself before taking a shower. There was also a bug on the ceiling in the bathroom. The tv remote wasn’t working either. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive

Stayed 3 nights in the 1 bedroom suite. The room was spacious, with a balcony and nice view. Breakfast was free and good. Ski locker was also big and convenient.
But the room was quite old and really needs upgrades, even the bedroom was big enough, the bed was small. There’s mould in the bathroom and always had an odour in the room, I noticed the odour was from a staff who provided the room service.
The worst part was in 4 days there’s only 1 elevator worked, another one seemed like to be out of service for a while. Lots of people were waiting for the elevator during check in and check out time, many people had to choose stairs wearing heavy ski boots.
The location was good but not ski in ski out. Next time I would choose another hotel in the village instead.
