Close to Fortune 100 companies and popular attractions such as the Georgia Aquarium, Fox Theater, Piedmont Park, World of Coca-Cola, Mercedez-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, and College Football Hall of Fame, our hotel offers convenience at every turn. Georgia Tech is just minutes away, making us an excellent choice for students, parents, and alumni.
Enjoy modern guestrooms, free Wi-Fi, and a 24-hour Fitness Center. Relax by our outdoor rooftop pool or enjoy a meal at our on-site restaurant and bar.

Bed was fine/service was terrible

If you are just looking for a bed to lay your head, well they have them, although I'm sure you could find something cheaper to suffice. Everything else was terrible. I stayed 4 nights for a conference so I spent quite a bit of time in the hotel and using the amenities. The front desk attendants were rude and not helpful. I did not have even one experience with them that was pleasant. I had to sleep in a room without AC for a full night because the hotel was booked and they would not offer anything for my inconvenience. The next day I again requested a new room since they weren't making any attempt to repair the AC. I then moved myself with no help or even cart up 4 floors to a new room. There is more I could complain about, but the lack of assistance with the room situation is my number one complaint. I paid for a room and paid for a conference and had to take time away from my ultimate goal to deal with inadequate accommodations.

Our full-service hotel is Green Certified and offers an outdoor pool, hot tub, Fitness Center, Business Center & over 1,350 square feet of flexible meeting space. We offer state of the art audiovisual and on-site catering tailored for any size of event.
Enjoy in room amenities such as complimentary Wi-Fi, work desk with ergonomic chair, HDTV, in-room safe, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and triple sheeted bedding for comfort. Bistro 27 Restaurant and Bar is located onsite and is open for breakfast and dinner with room service available.

Generally, I tend to write detailed reviews of unfavorable experiences; however, this situation warrants special mention. My friend and I traveled to Tallahassee to celebrate my birthday, and we selected this hotel primarily because it advertised a hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service and in poor condition, with the pool not cleaned or maintained properly. While this was disappointing, it was not the main concern.
The elevator was non-functional after the first day, and the elevator inspection certificate was outdated, raising safety concerns. This was particularly problematic because I was on the fifth floor and recovering from a recent foot injury, making access via stairs difficult. We did not receive any apology or explanation from hotel staff. Additionally, the pool was unclean and unusable. Given these issues, I find the value for the price paid—over $200 per night—unsatisfactory and would not recommend this property to others seeking a comfortable or safe stay.

Im not sure if the front desk clerk was having a bad night or what but I sure didn't feel welcome. Never acknowledged my status, never offended my welcome amenities or points. Since didn't offer, I didn't ask. The shower in our room would not drain. My wife and I had to take a shower in standing water. Disgusting! I know better now.

Unknown cancellation of room

on arrival at reception we were informed that there was no booking, it would appear that our reservation had been cancelled by an unknown source we then produced email copy of our booking and payment staff at the hotel were very good and luckily for us there was one room empty. Luckily for me we have proof of payment as I said the staff were very good of no complaints whatsoever about the way they handled it. My complaint is that we were not notified of the cancellation of the booking. Also the IHG app wasn’t updated with our booking and in my opinion he’s not very reliable. Also, I’d like to say that the reward points is a waste of time because by the time you’ve accumulated enough they’ve expired. Have also requested somebody contact me from IHG but yet this hasn’t happened.

Do not stay here

Terrible staff. They were very rude the entire time and unwilling to help us with anything. Would not give us any towels, never cleaned our room. We had 5 people in the room and requested sheets and blankets for the pull out sofa and they would not give them to us. Overall the experience was very stressful.

Sadly disappointing experience for an IHG property

I had high expectations from this hotel, but the experience was far below acceptable.
Upon arrival, I was informed that the restaurant was fully reserved, making the discount coupon they gave me unusable. This was inconvenient and not communicated in advance.
The room is poorly soundproofed. Street noise, motorcycles, and people shouting outside can be heard clearly day and night.
Room design is extremely basic — no closed closet or drawers, just an open bar like an outdoor clothes hanger.
I accidentally left my medication in the room fridge. I’ve called multiple times internationally and emailed the hotel four days ago, but I’ve received no reply. It's extremely unprofessional and careless.
The reception staff were friendly — the only reason I gave any positive rating.
No proper lobby exists — just three chairs outside near the door, right next to the restaurant. It’s awkward and uncomfortable to sit there.
For two consecutive days, two elevators were out of service. It took us 10 minutes to get an elevator in the morning.
The elevators also had a constant unpleasant odor, suggesting poor hygiene and lack of regular cleaning.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. It doesn’t meet the standard expected from an IHG property, and the lack of responsiveness in a medical situation reflects poor customer care.

Disappointing Experience at Holiday Inn Branch, Not worth the money.

I’ve stayed at several Holiday Inn locations before, and this was the first time I felt truly disappointed.
Only giving two stars because the staff was polite but upon arrival, we found that only one elevator was functioning, which caused significant delays and inconvenience for guests, especially during busy hours. When we got to our room, the issues continued:
•There were no complimentary water bottles provided.
•The room had no fridge.
•Toiletries were incomplete.
•Although our room was serviced, the tissues were not replenished.
•The lighting in the room was broken and flickering, which was not only uncomfortable but also felt unsafe.
