There weren’t enough staff working to run the basics of the hotel. This is a corporate IGH issue, pay people more so your hotels can hire and keep staff.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My wife and daughter arrived at the hotel on March 3, 2025, filled with anticipation for a comfortable stay. However, their experience quickly took a downturn upon check-in. The desk attendant, after a brief exchange, shockingly asked my wife if she had been informed that the air conditioning in their assigned room was malfunctioning. As a half-hearted consolation, he offered a small fan, which felt inadequate given the circumstances.
Once they entered their room, it was clear that the place had not been maintained to a suitable standard. The restroom exhibited minor yet noticeable housekeeping oversights, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. To make matters worse, when my daughter attempted to take a shower, she soon discovered there was no hot water – a basic amenity that should be expected.
When my wife addressed these pressing concerns at the front desk, she was met with an unprofessional and dismissive clerk, whom I suspect was the manager. Rather than offering solutions or apologies, this staff member seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist, leaving my wife feeling frustrated and belittled.
The situation deteriorated further when my wife retrieved our car from valet service. As she drove away, she noticed the low tire pressure light was illuminated on the dashboard, and the gas tank was alarmingly close to empty. It was evident that the vehicle hadn't been properly checked before being returned to us.
Additionally, breakfast was offered only one day during our stay, and upon inquiring about its availability for other mornings, the same unfriendly clerk replied dismissively, “We’re supposed to.” This indifference was emblematic of the overall lack of customer care we encountered.
In summary, our family had a deeply disappointing experience at the hotel. The combination of inadequate amenities, subpar cleanliness, and unacceptable staff behavior left us feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied. This trip, which we hoped would be a pleasant escape, was marred by frustrations at every turn.

The Staybridge Suites Coeur d'Alene is ideally located off Interstate 90 in the Riverstone Complex which features a six-acre lake, waterfront outdoor amphitheater, movie theater, and children’s play area. We are in close proximity to Kootenai Health, North Idaho College, University of Idaho and Lewis, Clark State College, Downtown Coeur d'Alene, and the Coeur d'Alene Airport.
Our Staybridge Suites has it all. Each suite features a kitchen with full size appliances, dishes, pots and pans as well as utensils. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush - we provide the rest. Awful experience overall.
Staff needs training on behavior/customer service.
Pets should be on lower level and owners responsible for throwing dog bags outside and not just in the hallway and carpet across someone’s room. It was nightmare with our stay. Ruined my kid’s spring break trip!

The staff were awful. The pool was closed and the front desk staff said it was posted on the website. It definitely was not. The staff were rude and very argumentative.

This Holiday Inn Express & Suites is located in the popular First & Main shopping center in eastern Colorado Springs along Powers Blvd.
This newly renovated hotel is the perfect location for you no matter what your reason for travel is. With over two dozen restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel, you will have more time to enjoy everything that Colorado Springs has to offer. Nearby Corporations like Northrop Grumman, Schriever Space Force Base, Peterson Air Force Base, Xylem and Amazon. Take some time to enjoy a show at the Cinemark movie theater, only a two-minute walk from the hotel’s front door. Enjoy the fresh Colorado air, whether it be experiencing a Colorado Vibes baseball game at UC Health Park or adventuring the nearby trails of Palmer Park.
With over 30 breweries in Colorado Springs, make sure you stop at Rock Bottom Brewery just a short walk from the hotel or try a couple local flavors, Nano 108 and Rocky Mountain Brewery that are less than a mile and a half away.
Most importantly, enjoy the spectacular mountain views of the Pikes Peak region.

NOT PET FRIENDLY

I love staying at Holiday Inn all across Colorado. Most facilities are pet friendly and charge a $30-40 fee for my dog. This facility advertises as Pet Friendly yet charges a $200/ pet fee! That is outrageous. It would be more honest and up front to just indicate Pets Not Allowed. The front desk staff was rude and went on to share that many people with pets trash the facility. That may be true, but not my fault. I will Never return to this facility in Colorado Springs- and I will never recommend this facility to friends and co-workers. I travel a lot with work and will never return here.

Welcome to the Candlewood Suites Muskogee, Oklahoma. At the Candlewood Suites you will enjoy the independence of apartment living blended with the convenience of a hotel. Enjoy relaxing outdoors with our new covered patio for grilling. We are 2 miles from the famous Castle of Muskogee and Hatbox Sports Field. While here don’t forget to stop at the USS Batfish Museum or enjoy the various music festivals in downtown Muskogee. The hotel is just minutes away from a variety of restaurants such as Runts BBQ, Gino’s Italian, Lopez Grill, My Place BBQ, I Don’t Care Bar and Grill, Chilis and so much more. Our hotel is 1.5 miles from the VA Hospital and Saint Francis Hospital. We are 10 miles from the Port of Muskogee. The Candlewood Suites is located right off of Highway 69 on N 32 Street.

Billing Issue

It has been 96 hours and I still have not had my billing issue resolved (charged for 4 nights of parking when I only parked one). I have talked to IHG through their chat and text system, which is horrible and has not resolved the issue.
It is nearly impossible to get ahold of the front desk (not an option on the phone prompts). Finally got ahold of someone and was told I need to talk to their billing during normal working hours 0800-1600 CST. I live in Japan, which makes those times 2200-0600 JST.
I finally got ahold of someone from billing and they said they would verify with parking and send out a new invoice once resolved.......still no email!

Descanso insuficiente

Durante mi estancia, yo llegué muy cansada aproximadamente a la 1 am me instalé en mi habitación asignada la 501
Y punto número 1 no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y la habitación es caliente , intenté dormir por la hora y a las 3 am tocan mi puerta por dos personas al no abrir regresan 3:30 am y logran abrir la puerta pero por el pasador no logran acceder eran dos mujeres y comenzaron a gritarme que hacía en su habitación , inmediatamente hablé a recepción y no contestaron le comenté a la persona que estaba equivocada y le pedí saliera de mi habitación , hablo a recepción nuevamente y me comentan que pensaron que venía conmigo , la persona había estado en el bar , olvidado su llave y pidió reposición , pero de verdad no puedo creer que ni siquiera pregunten a qué nombre está la habitación pedí que me llamaran para saber si por la hora me habían dado una habitación asignada etc , y jamás hablaron para explicarme nada.
No logré dormir por esta situación hablé a la mañana siguiente en recepción y solo me dijeron disculpe no sabemos qué pasó nadie jamás se acercó para nada nadie del personal y esto se me hizo una manera muy mal manejada , quedo atenta a cuialquier duda o comentario .

3) Limpieza habitaciones mala (cama mal hecha, toallas sin cambiar, residuos sin tirar, jabón ducha sin reponer, etc.)
4) Personal sin empatía con el pasajero
5) No me sentí soportado durante la estadía (como si lo siento habitualmente)

Room was bare bones, one of the worst IHG hotels I have stayed at. Had to pay for breakfast and it was terrible, avoid it. Pool area looked nice. Guest service was okay. Very busy hotel. Smells like weed most of the time. Loud at night with paper thin walls. You can do better somewhere else. No recognition for IHG platinum or elite members.
