I'M NOT AN EXPERT ON ELEVATORS, BUT........THE ELEVATOR WAS HORRIBLE! WITH EVERY PRESS OF THE FLOOR BUTTON, IT TOOK FOREVER FOR THE DOORS TO CLOSE. WHEN THE DOORS FINALLY CLOSED, THE MOVING OF THE ELEVATOR MADE YOU WONDER IF THIS WAS THE LAST TIME YOU'D SEE ANYTHING BUT THE INSIDE OF THAT WRETCHED ELEVATOR! PLEASE HAVE A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL PERFORM MAINTENANCE ON THIS ELEVATOR!

Noise and poor cleaning

My recent stay leaves a lot to think and say. I am a Gold member and I have stayed with you for six consecutive years, twice a year. This is the first time I have encountered such unprofessional room cleaning. There were hairs in the bathroom, the floor wasn’t properly cleaned, and there was hair on the sheets as well. There was also a musty smell in the room, and a lot of noise from the elevator since I had a room close to it. I am quite disappointed, and I will consider changing hotels for my future stays in San Antonio. It’s a shame and hope this gets to the right people in charge

We are 21 miles from Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport. Nearby are the Cobb Galleria Centre, the Battery Atlanta, Truist Park, Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, Home Depot Headquarters, and the Vinings Overlook. We are a short drive from the Mercedes Benz Stadium, Georgia Aquarium, Six Flags, Nissan, Sandvik, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, IBM, and Buckhead.

Old outdated

This hotel is old and needs updated badly! I’ve stayed in several Hotel Indigos and this was disappointing. The check in was long. Only 1 person was working the check in and 3pm and the line was very long. It took 45 minute to get to my room. The staff was nice, just under-staffed. The hotel was clean just very old. The AC was loud in the room because it is outdated.

Room and amenities that were not properly cleaned. You could hear everything. Rooms were hard to get to and the parking was big and poorly lit at night.
Not Worth $100 stay at this location.
The staff were great though.

Our location near Emory University, Children’s Healthcare, Piedmont Hospital, Shepherd Center and Mercedes Benz Stadium is perfect for business and leisure travelers alike. Our hotel is only three miles away from Mercedes Benz Stadium and Arena, which makes it a very convenient place to stay if you are planning to attend a Falcons Football game, a concert, a show, or an event like the annual Chick-fil-A Bowl .

Really Old Place

Yeah, Abe Lincoln maybe wasn’t popular in Atlanta, but this hotel is old enough that he could have stayed there! Tired, ragged, shaggy, worn out, really rundown property. No way what I suspect from this brand. Everything in my room could bring big money at an antique store. TV’s didn’t work either. Big disappointment!

Breakfast crew NO SHOW!

Breakfast was NOT available Sunday morning. The poor hostess was stuck trying to save face as everyone was piling up in the lobby looking for food. The manager should have been there. Breakfast is the differentiator for a HIE, so when it's not there and you've got hungry kids looking forward to it, it's a terrible experience. I was told they'd put points on my account for the inconvenience, which, of course, didn't happen. Also, a $75 early check-in fee on a Saturday when there were plenty of rooms available is ridiculous.
