I was locked in the rest room on afternoon of 23 February

This is the first time I stayed INTERCONTINENTAL SHENZHEN.
But unbelievable I was locked in the rest room on afternoon of 23 February.
I call help but nobody hear me. Finally I used my cell phone to call my colleague for asistance.
The root cause was the door lock damage. I think that should not happen in 5 star hotel.
That was absolutely my worst experience for the hotel stay.

Food ordered was incrediblely salty, especially the wanton noodle, it's like eating spoonful of salt. Pizza was soak in oil. Location is not too near eateries, walking out to grab food is a good 15-20mins walk which is unbearable during winter.

The hotel is located on the bustling Hong Kong Middle Road in the downtown area of Qingdao. A 5-10 minute walk leads to attractions such as the Olympic Sailing Base and May Fourth Square. The hotel has 358 comfortable and elegant sea and city view rooms and suites, as well as parent-child themed rooms. From the rooms, you can enjoy the Fushan Bay Light Show. The all sea view executive lounge is located on the 37th floor, which can accommodate 50 people at the same time. The conference room can accommodate 4-12 people.
On the second floor of the hotel, the Asian Cafe offers a wide variety of buffet breakfast, business lunch, buffet dinner, and ordering services. Murano's Restaurant integrates traditional and classic Italian cuisine into local culinary specialties. The hotel's European style design features a pillarless banquet hall and multifunctional hall, which can be divided into three to four independent halls for use, totaling nine flexible meeting spaces.
