四星级酒店，但是整体质量要好过当地的五星级酒店。房屋干净整洁，服务得体细致；早餐质量也还不错；各种设施也比较完善。唯一的遗憾是，泳池冬天不开

床大小軟硬適中 整體服務很滿意 值得推薦出差入住酒店 地點很熱鬧附近吃飯很便利 但是會比較吵鬧 門口禮賓服務有待改善

位在南通星湖101廣場，位置便利，吃飯很方便。酒店大堂就有大巴直接到浦東機場。其他還好。設施稍舊，是標準智選酒店的設計。出差有個基本乾淨便利的地方。比同區其他酒店性價比要高。

该酒店地理位置优越，非常安静，是因公办事的理想酒店。不过该酒店最大的问题还是早餐问题。首先是早餐选择性不多，口味一般，原来提过多次建议了都没有怎么改变，这次再次向酒店建议，注重早餐品质和多样性。
