The unique European Baroque style and the hotel lobby of 2 thousand square meters make each guest feel the exotic romance at first sight. With 383 deluxe rooms and suites facing the sea, the hotel's European elegance extends to every carefully decorated room. Soft and comfortable bedding, unique balcony bathtub, perfect sea view, everything can bring you a new holiday experience. When you enjoy the luxury room experience, the hotel is fully covered with WIFI, and carefully provides the Crown brand characteristic services, to ensure that you have seamless communication in the hotel, leisurely enjoy the business vacation trip.

非常愉快的一次入住体验，长沙皇冠假日酒店服务超棒，交超级便利，出门就是地铁，而且就在商业街，酒店工作人员素质很高，早餐营养丰富，房间干净温馨，值得一提的还有游泳池干净水温合适，人比较少，最后我在离店是把车钥匙落在酒店，酒店经理带领工作人员帮我多次寻找，找到后第一时间联系我给我寄过来，非常感谢，我会把这次愉快的经历告诉我身边的朋友，皇冠假日酒店是我及家人的出行的第一选择！

一般，性价比不是很好，比较老的酒店，一些设施设备较为老化，卫生间太小不舒适，早餐厅距离太远，空调不舒适，枕头太差，基本一晚没怎么睡好。

床垫有点软，其他基本上可以。总体服务还是不错的。早餐还是不错，就是水果汁和蔬菜汁太少，当我向服务生提出需要果汁或蔬菜汁，被告知没有了。但邻桌的一对香港人却有，那是餐厅主管主动为其拿来的三杯，因为这对香港人跟这位男性主管比较熟悉，并有给那主管红包。亲眼所见。作为五星级国际酒店，这种情况在泰国好像是不太会发生的，希望改进！
