這次出遊選這家飯店真的選對了，優點是很新、櫃檯人員很貼心所有提出的需求都有被滿足到，缺點是1F吧檯人員不清楚放外賣的位子，建議能有機器人送外賣到房間。

感謝入住期間所有服務人員熱情的服務，下面一些問題與建議提供參考。
1.飯店浴室杯子放在洗手乳正前方，對於使用洗手乳時有可能不慎被污染到。
2.飯店房間外走廊通往梯廳標示不清，對於首次入住的旅客來說不友善。容易找不到廳梯而繞一圈。
3.飲水機放置區域太陽春，諾大的空間只有一台飲水機放在那邊，連桌子都沒有，旅客手上如果有拿其他物品也無法放置.且飲料販賣機僅放置於7樓遊戲室，可以考慮各樓層放置一台於此
4.地下停車場空間問題應該考慮較大停車格於地面標示提供給SUV或是多少尺寸以上車輛使用，避免小車站大格，大車沒位置停。
5.游泳池早上10點多，剩下3組家庭父母帶著兒童在泳池與SPA區，救生員有一段時間不在泳池內，直到我們離場也未看到，泳池有人時，救生員應全程在場，避免意外發生。

早餐安排規劃不佳，首先我於前日晚間入住預訂早餐時，前台告知因為隔日用餐人數較多請我回房考慮，晚間12點前有確定再電話聯繫櫃檯即可，當下我不是很理解這段話要我們回房思考的目的？隨即與家人確定後便預定隔日早餐，櫃檯告知每人用餐費用，以及小孩未滿6歲可免費使用，但是因為人數較多，早上用餐在2、3樓需要分時段用餐，與家人討論後選定7:45時段，櫃檯人員告知隔日早上持餐券於3樓用餐，當時並無多想，也不知道2、3樓餐廳差異，直到翌日早上帶家人前往3樓餐廳用餐，服務人員帶位坐下看完一輪餐點並取完餐後，覺得3樓根本只是臨時因應人潮而設置的用餐區，雖然服務人員表示餐點品項與2樓餐廳無異，但是終究體驗非常的差。
1.首先品項問題絕對不可能一致，光是沒有咖啡機只有美式咖啡就已經不同，更遑論其他食材與保溫設備

2.座位區也是用10人圓桌被迫與他人共同用餐
