I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Voco guangzhou! Not only I am the diamond member for IHG, the team at voco they provide excellent service before I arrived, during the time I stayed and after I checked out. The staff was warm, professional and incredibly helpful.
The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, with plenty of healthy of healthy and indulgent options.
I especially want to thank Jimmy, the night shift on duty manager, helped my reservation went through and made it easier for me and my family. I am really appreciated.
I work in the hospitality industry as well in New York, this hotel I highly recommend to anyone visiting Guangzhou whether you are traveling or business trip like me. I will definitely be back next time!

The hotel is just 6 km away from the Railway Station, 20 km away from Yichang airport and 38 km from the well-known Three Gorges Dam, Ge Zhouba and Qingjiang scenic spot are near at hand. Standing at the heart of the Wanda Plaza, the cities` commercial, shopping and entertainment center, Crowne Plaza Yichang can doubtlessly offer you plenty of options no matter you are on business trip or for leisure purposes.

The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. The room is comfortable and the gym facilities are good. It is recommended that the children's playroom provide more facilities for teenagers. Besides, it would be perfect if decaffeinated tea is provided for breakfast.

Everything's nice stay but the buffet could be better

Location was good, 5 min walk from the subway station to the hotel.
The doorman is very active to help to carry the luggage and everything is nice, the room was upgraded and the view is wonderful. The bathtub is fantastic.
Only the buffet for dinner is not so good, the crab, the abalone was limited. I only saw the snow crab was updated once and unfortunately, not any more from then on.
