酒店整体性价比高，位置不错。海景房内坐拥大海，而酒店内部的园景也十分养眼。泳池戏水项目吸引了众多的小朋友，而且还组织小朋友游戏。中餐及西餐都美味合口，价格也不高。酒店的服务人员亲和力较强，服务贴心。我想是由于开业时间较早所以感觉房间内的设施有些沉旧，但这个价格也不能要求太高。总体讲是个不错的酒店，值得推荐！

Excellent Stay at this nice hotel

While my room was a bit dated and could use some fresh paint and new carpet, the room was sparkling clean and very comfortable.
Staff was nearly perfect and the food at and from the Windows Restaurant was much better than I had expected. Staff at Windows was especially nice.
Concierge staff was truly excellent.
Location, given the free shuttle into town or a $15 cab fare, was just fine. My business was in the Free Trade Zone so that was very convenient.
I will very likely stay here again.

还好，中规中矩， 保安人员安排停车位，友善程度有待改进。
在办理延住时面对一些难题，前台服务员坚持需要公司保证信，这对已经在住2天的访客，确实带来许多不便之处

Our hotel is located in Huan Long Road and Pu Jian Road. It is among Lujiazui Software Park . Pudong Lujiazui Area and New International Expo Center are both 5 kms to the hotel. It is within about eight minutes’ walk to Lan Cun Road metro station. Disneyland Park is about 15 kms to the hotel. The Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the World Expo and Exhibition Center and the Oceanarium are all close to our hotel.

交通不是太方便，不太好打车，也没有地铁和公交，整体环境还可以，但服务一般，服务员随意开房门！希望在服务方面有所改进

尊敬的宾客，非常感谢您选择上海浦东丽晟假日酒店作为您的家外之家。酒店紧邻陆家嘴商业圈，地处于闹中取静的环龙路，步行大约7-10分钟即可到达地铁轨道交通4/6号线蓝村路站，酒店出门步行3-5分钟有多条来往浦东浦西的公交线路，如果您想要打车可以在出门前致电我们礼宾部，为您提前预定安排。对于您提到的服务员随意打开房门，可能是没有得到回应，给您造成的不愉快我们表示道歉，也对该员工进行面谈和了解以及对其他人员加强了这方面的培训。我们衷心希望此次经历不会影响您对酒店的印象和信心，我们期待再次为您服务，祝您生活愉快。
