Crowne Plaza Guangzhou City Centre is an exclusive international 5-Star hotel located at Huanshi Road East, the heart of downtown's bustling commercial and shopping district.
The hotel is 32km to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, 7km to Tianhe Train Station, walking distance 200m to the metro station and 1.3km to Pazhou Exhibition Centre (Canton Fair Complex). It is conveniently located close to tourist attractions like Canton Tower, Baiyun Mountain,Yuexiu Park, Sun Yat San Memorial Hall, Shangxiajiu and Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and the wholesale markets like the leather market, textile market, toy market, and retail market from the hotel by MTR, public bus or taxi. The hotel features 460 well-appointed guest rooms and suites with an extensive city or greenery view, complimentary Wi-Fi and a collection of specialty pillows are on offer for hotel guests. Two superb Restaurants and a Lobby Lounge are on-site, including "Appetite" "Baiyuelou" & "City Commons Lobby Lounge"，2 grand Ballrooms and 9 Function Rooms. 10点进入房间，发现门开着，竟然还有人在打扫卫生间，过后十点多有人来换灯泡。 窗户密封性不好，呼呼的风声有些吵闹。希望加强流程预计房子的维修养护。

ホテルからの香港島の眺めが素敵です。スタッフの対応もとてもいいです。交通も便利で良いです。ただ、クロゼットとバスルームがワンフロアーで扉もないので湿気が服に？気になりまっした。全体的にはおすすめのホテルです。

去年新开业的洲际，一直对其有所期待，不过入住的时候有些失望，礼宾基本完全忽略我们到来时大堆的行李，前台办理入住的速度也有些业余，服务方面有待加强，内部的指引标识也不太明确，整体感觉很一般

Holiday Inn Qingdao City Centre is located in the center of downtown. It is close to municipal government and May Fourth Square. You can walk to FushanSuo Station on metro line 2 and May Fourth Square Station on metro line 3. It’s only 150 meters away from the airport shuttle bus station. The hotel is surrounded by quite a few shopping malls i.e. Ginza Mall, MIXC, Aeon, and the newly opened MUJI flagship store and Freshippo.
Hotel has 322 stylish guestrooms, which all feature flat-screen televisions and Wi-Fi. Individual shower room or bathtub is set up for your easy choice. Soft and firm pillows are provided. Excellent staff service and nice room

Quick response to solve problem. When I called the reception inquired about my room had cigarette smell. They sent staff to check quickly and arranged me to move to another on the same floor. Staff services are excellent and efficient.
A note was left in my room saying that a welcome fruit platter was served but I did not find it. Then I found a voice message was left to connect me to the reception. The staff asked if the fruit platter was sent. I told them no but I had dinner and going to check out tomorrow so I thanked the arrangement. The staff countered offer me a take away dessert when I checked out the next day. They are very thoughtful.

酒店设施还是挺好的，就是稍微有点偏僻，适合带孩子去玩耍，有室外的游乐设施，还有室内的游乐场，只是地有点太脏了，玩了两个小时，袜子全脏了。游泳池也有两个小池子供小朋友玩耍。感觉性价比比较高。白金卡入住升级到行政楼层。晚餐自助比较一般，赠送的所谓的海鲜餐惨不忍睹，不太新鲜。晚餐里让小朋友去烤pizza的活动还是很好。吸引很多小朋友去玩。
