BEST SERVICE EVER!

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi to the moment we got back into the taxi to leave the hotel the service was amazing throughout the hotel. Our expectations were not very high having had a couple of bad experiences at IHG hotels lately with unacceptable service levels. This hotel restored our faith in the chain and we can't wait to return for business again someday soon.

苏州中茵皇冠假日酒店给我印象最深刻的或许不是豪华的设施、美味的食物，而是亲切如家人般的服务。我对艇吧的服务印象非常深刻，带着孩子用餐，服务员们不厌其烦的为孩子着想，这是我从未有过的体验。即便在第二天我们路过艇吧，服务员小姐还主动来跟我们打招呼，为我们主动拍照。在我们离开时还前来打招呼，这绝对是我会选择第二次入住中茵皇冠的原因，没有之一。

不符合所谓假日酒店的名称，没有做到让客户宾客至上。在客户遇到问题的时候只会以公司规定为理由搪塞，不愿意想办法解决！2017.2.24早上10点半左右电话红杉，接电话的服务员态度太差了，非常生气。我于上周出差，住了一周，因开了普通发票，公司需要专用发票。本人出差比较少，以前出差都是开普通发票的，现在联系问是否可以换专用发票，被回绝！

观光电梯给您眼前一亮的感觉，内部装修尚可。但是由于行程比较匆忙，没有好好享受贵酒店的礼遇。见谅。但在该市的该地段，感觉价位偏高一些。
