Spacious room and very friendly staffs

The room is very spacious. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. However, the air-conditioner in the room was not working properly and it was not cool enough for us to sleep (as the sheet is very good in warm-keeping, we really need the air-con to be cool enough, otherwise, it's very hot).
Besides, the night-light would be more useful if it is put in front of the toilet instead of under the desk beside the bed so that it would be easier for us to go to the toilet in the dark without disturbing our roommate's sleep.

We are conveniently located 28km from the Pudong International Airport, and close to all major highways and a short drive to the International Convention Center, Kangqiao Industial Zone, Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park. A short drive up 18 minutes will bring you to Shanghai Disneyland by hotel free shuttle bus. Metro Line 11 and Line 18 connecting to other parts of the city.
We offer a friendly and innovation environment for you, making you feel comfortable and happy. You can also experience an unforgettable memory with our Cantilever indoor swimming pool, swim 100 meters up in the air with nothing below you but glass, overlooking the ground like a bird. We believe you're at your best when you can truly be yourself.

当天预定的行政房满房，前台美眉直接升级到套房，房间很棒，家人很喜欢。各方面服务都很不错，唯一缺点是离地铁站稍远，不适合步行过去，似乎和描述不符。另外，金卡会员这家似乎没啥用处。

Crowne Plaza Tianjin Binhai is an International Business Hotel operated by IHG and is the International Brand hotel in the Tianjin Airport Economic Area located in the Tianjin Pilot Free Trade Zone. The hotel is located about 9.8 KM drive away from the Tianjin Binhai International Airport. Happy Valley Amusement Park and Tianjin’s famous brand discount the ‘Tianjin WangFuJing Yansha Outlets ‘are also close by, only about 13 KM and 1.8 KM respectively. The hotel has combined the natural environment with a picturesque blue lake, tranquil garden surroundings and fresh air offering a quiet place to relax and let the day's stresses melt away.
The hotel also has 388 well-appointed rooms and an 875 square meters pillar less Grand Ballroom with an additional 9 multi-function meeting rooms, multiple restaurant choices offering international standard service make the Crowne Plaza Tianjin Binhai a good choice for your international conferences, business trip and family vacation.

房間空調溫度差勁！

在冬天入住這酒店實在太難受，房間溫度調不了，暖氣系統是中央調節，房間太乾燥太悶了！一直在調，調到5℃，不一會又跳回23℃，悶死了。這樣的環境令人難以入睡

这家酒店作为公司预定的酒店，如果不是因为离公司近，根本不会选择这里。前台、礼宾、客房’服务很差。房间温度很高，27度，而且不能调节。不能开窗。晚上热的睡不着，想换个靠北的房间，都入住了一周了，还有住一周，一直没能换成，我不知道是什么原因。喜欢桑拿的可以来试试！唯一有一些优势的可能也就是游泳池了吧。

早餐的白粥居然用剩饭熬制，充满了糊掉的味道，服务员对于询问几乎没有任何反应，不会补充新的食物，下去晚了几乎没有什么可吃的

I feel enjoyed and relaxed during my stay. Staffs were very attentive and helped me with taxi issue (he didn't know how to come to Causeway Bay from MTR Station)...
