Great service and good food

The location and surroundings of InterContinental Suzhou are excellent! It is right by Jinji Lake, close to Tianmu Pedestrian Street, as well as Shin Kong Place and Jiuguang Department Store, making dining and strolling very convenient.
The breakfast in first floor and food at the Executive Lounge are both great! Even better is their service awareness! They pay close attention to every guest, providing warm welcomes and farewells. Among all the hotels I have stayed in, this is the one where every aspect of the service is truly satisfying! Staff are always available to assist with luggage when getting in and out of the car. The bedding is comfortable, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained.
A special mention goes to Ms. Wang Nan at the Executive Lounge. Her service attitude is highly professional and attentive! She proactively introduces nearby attractions worth visiting and provides relevant materials for guests to choose from. She is always polite when welcoming and seeing off guests at the elevator.

The hotel is 38 kilometers from Pudong International Airport and 5 kilometers from the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center, near Metro Line 2/4/6/9 to speed you around the city.
The hotel offers 352 contemporary guest rooms with high-speed Internet. Make use of our seven high-tech meeting rooms including one ballroom, and six breakout rooms.
Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong is not only a place that mixes fashion and elegance, but also a resort for you to enjoy and unwind during your leisure time or business trip.

Bad experience

I have informed earlier that I will check in late and I expected hotel will prepare comfortable room. But the room that I got, washroom curtain cannot close. I told them the issue, but they cannot provide proper room for us to rest after long journey. And ask us to move to temporary room while waiting other room guests checkout, then move again to the room which I don’t agreed with it as I don’t prefer to move room to room. Totally disappointed. Not recommended to stay at all.

InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland is a luxury hotel located in Songjiang, the root of Shanghai, is 40 minutes from the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. It sits the landmark of China at 88 meters closer to the heart of earth.
The hotel is an awe-inspiring destination bringing together affluent travelers to experience the glamour of InterContinental life in business, leisure and adventure travel.

The only good thing about the hotel is that the staff is very friendly because they are afraid of bad review. The breakfast is a chaos, too many people and is like a war zone. The food is never topped up, food choice is limited and food is so horrible. The glass looks like they’ve nvr been clean for years. Very badly maintained hotel

호텔은 홍차오 공항 및 기차역과 가까이 있으며 이는 중국 내 다른 지역으로 이동이 편리합니다. 호텔은 모던하고 세련되었으며 룸 크기도 큽니다. 직원들의 친절함과 조식, 멋진 로비가 기억에 남네요. 방은 특히 베드가 부드럽고 편해 잘 잤어요.
조식 : 06:30 - 10:30
메트로는 2호선 exit 6으로 나와 10분 정도 걸으면 되요. 입구 4 또는 5로 들어오면 인터컨티넨탈 호텔이에요.

I was actually from Guangzhou. I’ve seen the opening of this hotel and I had a lot of great memories here but this is the first time I really get to stay in. During my 14 nights, I felt like I was home even though I stayed in a hotel. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly, and the service they provided was top notch. I really recommend everyone to try the dim sum spot from the hotel because it’s even better than the other well known restaurant. Also the coffee shop on the first floor have really amazing coffee.
I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Absolutely love staying at IC SZ. Stayed with lounge access for a birthday. Dafne organised the reservation and a wonderful cake and birthday decoration in the room which really made our day. Zheng, Elizabeth and everyone in the lounge made us feel extremely comfortable and the chefs always make great food. Housekeeping also fantastic in the rooms as well as the public spaces. All in all 10/10 with a personal touch

We stayed here with our small kids to explore HK. Location is excellent, room is big. But we were initially given a room with smoke smell so we had to change and we encountered issues with the electricity: lamps switched on randomly at night and disturbed our sleep. It was fixed when we reported it. Overall high price compared to what you get
