Although there are six elevators, I had to wait five minutes over the weekend due to the influx of tour groups, and their behavior was quite poor. Overall, the experience didn’t feel like a stay in a room costing 7,000 NT per night. The room’s facilities were dull, with no view, and the common areas were crowded with tour groups, even at nearly 10 PM, the bar was full of families with children. The mattress was too soft, making it difficult to sleep, and aside from the bread, the breakfast was not good.

We regret that the elevator wait times and the presence of large tour groups affected the overall comfort and ambiance of your stay. As a new and growing hotel, we are currently reviewing our traffic flow and guest group management to better balance the experience for both leisure and individual travelers, especially during weekends and peak hours.
We’re also sorry that the room ambiance, mattress comfort, and breakfast offerings did not live up to what you had anticipated, particularly considering the room rate. Your feedback regarding the softness of the mattress and lack of variety in breakfast (aside from the bread) has been shared with our housekeeping and culinary teams for immediate review and discussion. We strive to provide both comfort and quality across all areas of the guest experience, and it’s clear that we have room to improve.
