Do not waste your money to stay here

The hotel is old, dirty and smells. They advertise they have air conditioning but they don't. They gave me one little fan for my family with no window on a 30 degree day. Not worth the little you will save. Spend the extra and stay at one of the hotels up the road.

Recently, due to the change of seasons, the temperature fluctuates a lot, considering the majority of guests on the demand for temperature, at the same time, in order to avoid guests sleeping late at night cold and flu, the air conditioning is not turned on for the time being. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by having to rely on a small fan to cool you down in the middle of the day when the temperature reaches 30 degrees Celsius! In addition, all hotel rooms have windows, while the windows in standard rooms are located in the corridors or hallways. We will rectify the odor problem to ensure a cleaner and fresher accommodation for our guests. Thank you again for your feedback. We look forward to having you visit our hotel again.

Amazing Amazing stay!

Had the most amazing stay at the Intercon Grand Stanford at TST in HK. Went with the kids to enjoy spring time in HK. We all loved the property. Is flawless and faultless. The GM Edward and his team we were fantastic and took good care of us.
Recognised Plat Elite status and were given an upgrade to a much larger room. Thanks again to Edward. The family enjoyed the space to play and relax in the stunning Victoria harbour room. We would spend hours looking at the view, especially in the late evenings.
All in all - an amazing stay.

Excellent Harbor View

Despite I had stomach issue, I had a great time here. This is my second time staying here and the harbor view is excellent. Staffs went above and beyond to offer assistance for my stomach issue. Breakfast is good. Will return in the near future.

Amazing Views and Service

Our family had an amazing time in Hong Kong thanks to the staff at Grand Stanford.
The hotel is located close to a main subway station so all the attractions of HK are easily accessible. The staff were always friendly and Armadeep (who checked us in) even let us view the rooms before checking in.
We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and the fitness area which had onsite trainers. The team at the lobby lounge were also very welcoming and made us feel comfortable while waiting.

I recently stayed at your hotel from April 16th to 17th, and I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my visit.
In particular, I would like to commend Ms. Megumi and Mr. Frank from the Executive Lounge. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness truly made my stay a memorable one. From the moment I arrived at the lounge, I was greeted with genuine smiles and thoughtful service that made me feel right at home.
The food offerings at the Executive Lounge were consistently excellent and served promptly. I was especially impressed by the Eggs Benedict at breakfast—it was absolutely delicious and one of the best I’ve ever had!
