以台灣第一間VOCO品牌, 希望未來可以更好.
此次入住預定一大床, 在入住就有在app上看到升等為兩大床含浴缸房型, 會籍則是鑽石大使.

因有提早到店,check in時反應了一下不知道是否有機會換回一大床
而前台也非常親切告知會升等兩大床的原因是全館的房型只有兩大床有浴缸, 而一大床如果要有浴缸就要套房

禮貌性的詢問了一下那是否有機會升等至套房,得到的回覆則是使用率很高沒有空房,我對於飯店升等的規則當然都是尊重的,能夠有得到升等不論是不是套房就已經很好了.
而前台也知道我希望有機會可以拿到一大床的房型,之後在我離開飯店等待房間的時候也非常貼心的協助我安排到了一大床的套房房型
真的很感謝前台的協助.

服務有待加強

入住前有發mail告知人數及需要兒童備品，櫃台回饋沒有收到信件，當下重新告知，入住時，櫃台說有升等浴缸房、兒童備品都準備好了，進去什麼都沒有，沒有浴缸沒有備品，孩子洗澡尿尿都很麻煩，連洗手都要抱上去洗手檯，反映了也沒有，房內電話打櫃檯也不接，反映事情都沒有結果，當天入住下雨，禮拜日說餐廳客滿，禮拜一說餐廳沒營業，完全就是要吃一口飯都沒有。

品牌門面是國際級中高端VOCO 但細節還是本土品質福容 有點可惜 不搭

在嘉義市的西側 外環道西邊， 高速公路交流道下 很快就到。 遠遠就看的到這嘉義第一高樓 很醒目。周遭都是民宅。

這次是點數積分換房 沒有免費早餐吃 n/a
3.員工服務/櫃台人員:
櫃台人員的接待.笑容與服務還不錯 很禮貌。尤其是有一位負責指引到電梯的男員工 超有禮貌 超有笑容熱情。
我因個人原因 當天很晚才入住， 約莫9pm我就開始打電話給櫃檯 想要告知一聲我的晚入住 以免被no show 房間被賣掉等其他不必要的問題，櫃台一直沒人接聽 我一路打電話到12pm 大約打了快10通電話 VOCO櫃台都沒人接 ，非常扯，期間VOCO有回撥我一通電話 我沒接到，我再打回去 就還是沒人接應。讓我內心很不安 很惶恐 深怕入住出了什麼問題。 後來1am抵達辦入住時 我立即反應 櫃台詳細的跟我解釋了這原因 因為人手不足 太多人入住應接不暇... 對我致歉多次。這次是端午連假前的一天 可以想見客人多 但這人手不足的問題 有點誇張 希望嘉義VOCO未來能繼續改進!

淋浴 馬桶 各自獨立。浴室鏡子滿美的 雙洗手台很威 但洗手台很醜 毫無設計感 完全不配。牙刷梳洗包 超級廉價 質感很差 就是跟全國一般福容飯店一樣 顯示不出VOCO品牌的精緻感 可惜。冰箱飲料ok。瓶裝水直接拿福容的包裝水來用 沒有為了VOCO來設計小物。迎賓飲料柳橙汁 小餅乾。我是白金會員 送一個方形奶酥麵包好吃。
6.床鋪舒適度:
有點偏硬 我不太喜歡。

關於早餐的安排非常糟糕

從到達酒店開始，每一項的服務都非常良好，不論酒店的清潔，事前的安排，接待入住等很滿意，但是對於餐飲上的安排真的有待改善

1. 早餐安排，我想貴酒店一定知道會有多少人將會使用早餐，但是卻沒有進行分梯次的安排，造成太多人的人都排隊在餐廳門口等候用餐，至少超過30分鐘
2. 可能有人抱怨，所以酒店臨時開放另外一間早餐餐廳用餐，但是很明顯的菜色是不一樣的，但是服務人員卻說完全一樣，但是住客已經到另外一家餐廳了，不可能再回去重新排隊
3. 臨時加開的早餐餐廳，除了食物與原本餐廳不同之外，量也不足夠，餐點用完，也沒有員工會即時補齊，都需要住客跟服務人員提醒，熱咖啡也冷的，不知道是否機器損壞

1、櫃檯：可能是新人，服務親切，所以需要詢問旁邊主管，惟旁邊的主管很冷淡…..
2、電梯很特別刷卡直接會到指定樓層，還好有位客服帥哥幫忙解說👍，謝謝你
3、訂購的Bar有一個非常美的參觀的夜景，謝謝熱情的服務小姐說明還開放讓我們參觀😊，謝謝妳❤️
4、房間很乾淨很漂亮🤩
5、早餐餐點真的很好吃😋
6、泳池spa、健身房、兒童遊戲區都很棒👍
7、整體除了有些服務人員不知道是不好意思，還是….希望你們都能熱情的款待每位到訪的房客喔。

每次早餐去田園西餐廳都一堆問題，只要碰到人少單點制，要麻蛋沒熟，要麻等半天不上菜。真的不要用單點了，每次去吃都一肚子火。
