Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Longgang City Centre is located in the business centre of Longgang District. It is about 1.2km far from Metro Line 3 “Longcheng Square Station”, and about 1.1km far from Metro Line 16 “Shengping Station”. It is about 3km far from Longgang city terminal (to take the airport shuttle bus) and 33km to Shenzhen North Railway Station.
The hotel offers a wide range of guest rooms, dining choices include five restaurants and bars, modern Fitness Centre with 180 sqm indoor swimming pool. With 11 meeting rooms covering an area of 2,700 sqm (29,062 sq ft), the hotel provides guests with solid venues in which to hold board meetings, product launches, theme parties and annual meetings.

非常不好的一次入住体验

完全没有体验到应该的服务，相关人员业务水平很一般。作为spire elite会员，在会员专用通道等退房，开始5分钟连打招呼的人都没有。询问旁边人员，又过5分钟，还是无人问津，最后等了15分钟左右才有人处理退房业务。真不知道是如何管理和协调的。

Family vacation during Christmas

Had our Christmas break here. The beach is lovely as usual. Also appreciate the hotel’s extra attention to assign us to the same room we stayed last year. The house keeping team also noticed and happily accommodate our needs for more bottle water as we travel with a baby.
The Chinese restaurant offers good seafood at reasonable price, we had our lunch and dinner there every day. The chef and staff at the restaurants are also willing to meet the special food requests to feed our baby like extra mushroom and less salty.
The breakfast is really the part we are quite disappointed. It is very crowded and the food never change. The quality and choice are frankly below average.
We stayed at this hotel the year before and the A/C was not strong enough and the quilt was too warm for us and there was no alternative. We ended up bringing our own blanket this year which proves to be a smart decision.
The other part we would advise for improvement is the kids club. The choice of toys at the indoor kids club is quite limited. The outdoor slide was under construction the week we stayed. There was not much to do for our 2 year old for a week long stay.

Holiday Inn Express Guangzhou Baiyun Airport is a commercial hotel managed by IHG Group, it is located at Xicheng Road, Renhe Town, in the Baiyun Airport Economic Zone. The traffic around the hotel is very convenient, it takes only 15 minutes driving from hotel to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, and the hotel provides free shuttle bus between hotel and Baiyun Airport (Pick-up Location: Departure Hall at the 1st Floor, Gate No. 20, you may get more information by calling 020-86331188 ). It takes only 10 minutes walking from hotel to the metro Renhe Station, the north extension section of line No. 3.

交通便利，机场很晚也有车接送，吃饭很方便, 离地铁口也很近，价格可以稍微便宜些，只是房间有时清扫不算彻底。

有好有不甚满意

酒店一楼意大利餐厅是吸引我再次入住的主要原因，一如既往地好吃。但酒店自助餐厅的早餐有所退步、基本没有我能下手的，还好有鲜榨果汁。酒店前台人手不足，只有两个员工在办手续，入住和退房在没有几个客人的情况下都要等好一会儿，而且没有排队标志，我前边是个老外，站得离柜台远了些的时候，有人后来的直接就插到前面去。优越会会员柜台没人办手续。

这家智选服务人员服务理念太差

不给升房就算了，无视白金会员，好呐，就算是白金和金卡会员一致，连欢迎饮料也是按照金卡标准给的，服务态度很差，特别是小眼睛长头发的前台女人，真的是素质很差,洲际至少也是外企吧，这种员工应该回炉培训一下，真的职业素养和职业道德有待深入提高！居然开了一句现在白金会员满大街都是这样的话。
