但是床铺虽然有点高，但是还算蛮舒服的说。
周边的环境很不错，如果允许下次还会入住。
苏州的这个很难预定，要提前较长时间才可以。

办理入住和退房的服务人员形象好，态度礼貌真诚，给人感觉舒适。其他的方面也很不错，设施完善干净。只是床上的圆枕有点脏的感觉

InterContinental Fuzhou is located in the city center.
The hotel is close to Chating subway station and close to Sanfang Seven Alleys. Guests have quick access to famous attractions and train stations. From Fuzhou south to Xiamen north, a "one-hour living circle" has been opened, making travel easy and convenient.
Guests can also dine in the hotel's Chinese and Western restaurants, work out in the gym or swim in the indoor pool, and relax in the hotel's spa or sauna.

房间设施非常新，充满了设计感例如小到吧台里的杯子等。
唯一不足的是洗手间半开放的设计缺少了对隐私的保护，例如有客人就很不方便，洗手间的夜灯也会影响入睡。

感谢客房部的两位阿姨

虽硬件相对一般，但必须给优秀是因为客房部的阿姨太热情了，冬天到沈阳出差，却碰到羽绒服拉链坏掉的杯具，准备出门再买一件，但是至少能裹着外套才比较暖和才能去购物啊。
于是致电客房部，阿姨很快过来，实在抱歉没记住她的名字，先是帮我尝试修复，觉得自己没法完成的情况下，她又帮我找到了洗衣部（或则不是这个部门，但一定是和熨衣服相关的一个部门）的郑姐，帮我修好了这件衣服。
衣服不值多少钱，可是阿姨急客人之所急的态度，让我非常感动！
服务业最终仍是回归到最原始的服务，真诚，热情，为客人所想才是竞争中最大的优势，才是真正的可以捆绑住顾客的最有效的忠诚计划。

PS，当日为我办理check in 的前台姑娘美丽而友善，对比后来我去咨询其他问题的另一位前台真是天差地别。

1，Check in时间很长，等待时间1个多小时，如果有家庭退房慢的话可以理解；
2，第二天在底楼西餐厅的早餐体验还不错，第三天早餐体验很差，在二楼的宴会厅；

It is about 1.2km far from Metro Line 3 “Longcheng Square Station”, and about 1.1km far from Metro Line 16 “Shengping Station”. It is about 3km far from Longgang city terminal (to take the airport shuttle bus) and 33km to Shenzhen North Railway Station.
The hotel offers a wide range of guest rooms, dining choices include five restaurants and bars, modern Fitness Centre with 180 sqm indoor swimming pool. With 11 meeting rooms covering an area of 2,700 sqm (29,062 sq ft), the hotel provides guests with solid venues in which to hold board meetings, product launches, theme parties and annual meetings.
