Unwelcome stay

The uneasy manner by the receptionist,
Air con that takes a long time to adjust,
Less than frequent shuttle bus service,
Lack of privacy being too close to nearby apartments.
Overpriced compared to other newly built hotels at Cotai
Just not what I expected of an IHG stay.

InterContinental Shijiazhuang hotel is the ideal place for upscale business and entertainment. Located in the Yuhua district and directly facing the Golf Club and Century Park, and located within 3.5 km of the Hebei Museum. it boasts 287 spacious and comfortable guest rooms with panoramic views of the city.This Shijiazhuang hotel also features an indoor pool, full-service spa and restaurants combining elegant dining experiences with great food choices.

床垫不舒适

大床房两个床垫拼凑在一起，导致床垫软硬不同，中间还有一条缝，睡眠时非常不舒服，另外床垫偏软，建议将床垫换成硬一些的，对腰不好的旅客有所考虑。

不错的酒店

地理位置佳，出行方便。早餐食物还不错，基本需要都能满足。员工服务热情，前台办理入住手续和退房手续效率都比较高。另外 酒店设施稍显老旧，毕竟是这么多年的老酒店了。床品保持IHG一贯水准，很舒适。下次去成都还会考虑入住。

InterContinental Heilong Lake has South Tower and North Tower with total 401 rooms. Elegantly furnished with local designs and contemporary fittings. Each room presents a relaxing stay with a digital entertainment system, ergonomic work space and high speed Internet. The most distinctive characteristic of our hotel is the staff's knowledge of local Sichuan tips and insider experiences, the hotel is located in Meishan, Sichuan.

享受了会员应有的服务，升级房型，欢迎水果，延迟退房，晚上隔壁小朋友打闹，通知前台，一会就来处理了，细节之处再完善些，门最好设计缓冲，否则关门声太大了。暑假还会带小朋友来，期待户外泳池。

Easy access to Beijing International Capital Airport, China International Exhibition Center, New China International Exhibition Center and China National Convention Center, also hotel is adjacent to subway Line 10, Line 15 and airport express, which bring you a convenient travel experience.

Good Hotel in Lido Area

Comfortable bed and great service. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the concierge and the staff at the executive lounge. Only diappointment was the choice of snacks at the lounge as they were a little odd. Also fresh pressed juice would be a good addition to breakfast. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

周末入住高级湖景套房 房间大小合适 床铺也非常的舒服 服务更是一流，黑龙滩洲际的位置也非常好！刚到房间的时候发现卧室的窗帘控制有问题工作人员迅速做出了回应并且及时的进行了修理！没有对入住形成影响

预订了接机服务，提前会和客人确认，收费也比较合理。
