我是全家自驾入住酒店 到达酒店已经是黄昏时分 驻车停在酒店门口 没有迎宾服务 帮忙从车上提取行李 也没有人过来热情招呼 前台也没有热情招呼 没有主动识别我的会员身份 感觉整个过程非常冷冰冰 没有热情待客的感觉 停车区也没有客人专区 并且还需收费 没有任何优惠

Amazing view in a very god hotel!

We had the luck to be uprgaded to a skyline view suite.
Staff was great everywhere : club lounge, bar, room.

In the room we had a WIFI hotspot that we could use during the day when we ware visiting. very useful
