We cannot say enough great things about our stay at Holiday Inn Saigon—it was simply outstanding from start to finish! The hospitality was top-notch, beginning with Khoa at the front desk, who made our check-in process smooth and welcoming. The professionalism and warm demeanor set the tone for an exceptional stay.
Our room was perfect—an upgraded one-bedroom suite with a kitchen that provided plenty of space for both relaxation and work. It was thoughtfully designed and truly enhanced our experience, giving us the flexibility we needed during our trip. We genuinely appreciated the extra space! The bed was extremely comfortable!
Dining at the hotel was a delight, thanks to Vivian and Steven, whose service was impeccable. Room Service was great as well. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes that made each meal a pleasure. Every bite reflected quality and care, making the restaurant a highlight of our stay.
Due to long lines at Passport Control (figure in 1 – 1.5 hours), we missed the free transportation to the hotel but were able to utilize hotel's free airport shuttle service back to the airport which was a breeze. Our driver was excellent—professional, punctual, and made the journey easy and hassle-free.
The location was convenient, offering quick access to the airport while still providing easy options for exploring the city. A 25-minute Grab ride brought us to popular attractions like the museums and other tourist spots, and we highly recommend the City Tour bus—it was an incredible value for the cost and service!
The hotel amenities were fantastic as well. The pool and gym were well-maintained, offering great ways to unwind and stay active. Plus, having a 7-Eleven, a bank, and a few restaurants within the same area was incredibly handy.
Overall, Holiday Inn Saigon exceeded all expectations. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and unbeatable convenience. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, this hotel provided an exceptional stay. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a suite, complete with a kitchen and washing machine—an incredibly thoughtful touch that made our stay extra convenient and comfortable.
The staff were truly outstanding, offering warm, professional, and attentive service throughout our visit. Their dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere ensured we felt right at home.
One of the standout conveniences was the shuttle service to the local mall, which made getting around effortless. The driver was courteous and accommodating, adding to the overall ease and enjoyment of our stay.

The Breakfast Buffet was a highlight of our stay! The spread was impressive, and the egg station was especially fantastic—shoutout to the talented egg maker for serving up delicious breakfasts every morning.
The restaurant staff were phenomenal, with Bilma & Yuli offering friendly and attentive hosting, and Visha providing excellent service that made each meal an enjoyable experience.
One of the most impressive aspects of this hotel is its commitment to sustainability. They promote a greener stay by rewarding guests with 500 extra points for energy conservation—a thoughtful initiative we deeply appreciate, as we try to be mindful of our energy usage anyway. It was wonderful to see a hotel actively recognizing and encouraging eco-friendly efforts.

From the very first interaction, this hotel set the bar high with its outstanding service. Before we even arrived, we received a warm welcome email from Manager Cholticha Takavirun Wongduen Thongthammachat (Ying), checking if there was anything we needed ahead of our stay—such a thoughtful and personal touch that we had never experienced before.
Upon arrival, the Front Desk service was impeccable, with Napolee ensuring a seamless check-in experience. Her professionalism and attentiveness made a great first impression.
At the Executive Club, Rohan provided exceptional service, making our experience feel even more special with his warm hospitality and attention to detail.
We were delighted to receive an upgraded room, which added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The hotel's restaurant was superb, serving delicious cuisine that truly elevated our experience. And without a doubt, the entire staff was phenomenal—always friendly, accommodating, and ready to assist with anything we needed.
Beyond the hotel itself, the location was perfect—close to several malls and, most notably, Queen’s Park, a stunning green escape amidst the city's bustling streets. It was the ideal space to unwind and take in some fresh air between the towering buildings.
This hotel went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, and we would absolutely return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier service, comfort, and convenience.

バタム島で唯一のインターナショナルホテルです。ホテルはウォーターフロント或いはセクパンフェリーターミナルから程近く、シンガポールのハーバーフロントからフェリーで約４５分の距離です。またハンナディム国際空港からは約３０分でホテルに到着できます。
合計２３５室のエレガントで広々としたスィート全室にプライベートバルコニーがあり、インターネット、ダイニングや簡単なキッチンのついた部屋もあります。お部屋は１寝室から３寝室まで幅広くご用意しております。
ホテルには合計７つの宴会場があり、最大８００名様まで収納できます。自然光の入るお部屋も含めて各種催しにあわせてご用命ください。お食事は、多国籍、日本食、中華とタイ料理の合計４種類からお選びいただけます。またスポーツバーやカラオケラウンジ、ジム、キッズクラブやお子様用プールなど娯楽施設も充実。ヴィラや個室の揃ったティートリースパでの各種施術も満喫できます。

A special thank you to Manager Jerry Goh, who went above and beyond by inviting us, as long-stay guests, to the monthly cocktail party—such a wonderful touch that made us feel valued and welcomed.
The Front Desk team was phenomenal, especially Dea, who ensured we were placed in the perfect suite with a well-equipped kitchen setup. Ocha and Linda also contributed to an incredibly smooth and welcoming check-in experience.
Dining at the Japanese Restaurant was an absolute delight, thanks to the talents of Chef Dixon, Yuna, Claudia, and Susan, who brought expertise and warmth to every meal.
Throughout our stay, the hotel staff proved their dedication time and time again. Nover, Hendra, Taifog, Sifka, Rafla, and Rizal all provided incredible service, with Rizal offering much-appreciated internet assistance.
At the Cafe, Sophia was a shining star, ensuring every visit was met with a welcoming smile and excellent service.
The relaxation experience at the TeaTree Spa was simply outstanding. Jelita, the massage therapist, provided top-tier treatment, while Irma, the coordinator, ensured every aspect of the experience was seamless.
Lastly, the transportation service was impeccable. Akbar and the other drivers were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to take us to the local mall and ferry with ease.
It’s rare to find a hotel where the warmth and dedication of the team truly elevate the entire stay, but that is exactly what we experienced. We highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely return for another remarkable visit.

Just as we checked in, Bangkok experienced a rare earthquake, but the hotel's unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction never wavered. The service remained impeccable, and the staff continued to deliver nothing short of excellence.
A special shoutout to Ms. Minchaya Audkhumthiang, Manager of the Executive Club, whose outstanding service made a profound impact on our stay. When my husband fell seriously ill, she went above and beyond to assist us with compassion and professionalism. Her kindness and dedication turned what could have been a stressful experience into one of warmth and reassurance.
We also want to acknowledge the phenomenal efforts of Giggie, Jullie, and Aung—each of whom embodied hospitality at its finest. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and commitment to creating a welcoming environment made all the difference. The restaurant's food was excellent and so were their staff!
