Fair IHG hotel in a good location
はい、私はこのホテルを推薦します。
We stayed 3 nights in this hotel over the Songkran festival, the hotel is at a very good location with a big shopping mall, lots of pubs and crowds celebrating the occasion, which was lots of fun and the surrounding area is very lively and enjoyable.
The hotel check in experiences was fair, our membership status got acknowledged and we got an upgrade to a corner high floor room. Room is big but has passed it prime time. Bed is comfortable but because the room is receiving lots of afternoon sun, so it can be warm on hot days even with the air condition on.
Breakfast is fair and food can be better, the executive lounge however is disappointing, food is not tasty and coffee is not good.
I will probably stay here again but I will give the breakfast and lounge a miss, you get better food and drinks at the surrounding restaurants.

Great customer service and comfortable bed
はい、私はこのホテルを推薦します。
Came back to this hotel after being absent since Covid, this stay has reminded me of how much I loved this hotel before.
I had a great check in experience with the help from the hotel’s chef Concierge - Mr Irwan, my member status was acknowledged promptly, and all my preferences catered to, while I was waiting for my room to be ready, Irwan and few other staff have personally made sure that I am comfortable while waiting. The best service I had so far within the IHG hotels I stayed.
The King Bed suite room I got upgraded to and the executive lounge i visited are spacious (a rarity in Orchard road hotels) and are very comfortable, I slept well and enjoyed the ambience and delicious breakfast and evening cocktails at the lounge.
I even received a delicious cake (see photo) when Mr. Irwan found out that we are celebrating our wedding anniversary, thank you for that.
The only shortcoming I experienced this trip was probably with the present of unruly children in the executive lounge room, the child were jumping with shoe on the cream colour sofa while screaming at the top of her voice, I am surprised that kids are allowed to behave like this in the lounge room and the parent are totally ignorance of the disturbance it caused to the other customers. This has happened more than once which has somewhat ruin the otherwise great experience we have with the lounge room.
Overall I had a great stay and I will be back the next time I visit Singapore. Keep up the good works 👍

全客室数 622 の Holiday Inn Golden Mile は、活気溢れる九龍の中心に位置していながら、館内には気品と魅力が漂っており、静かにくつろいていただけます。ビジネス街と繁華街の中心である尖沙咀に位置しており、九龍のショッピング街も至近。香港の地下鉄 MTR (Mass Transit Railway) の駅も徒歩 圏内にあり、香港赤鯔角国際空港へも車で 45 分程度です。さらに、香港島行きのスター フェリーやボート ツアーの桟橋へもわずか徒歩 5 分。これ以上に快適なホテルは他にないでしょう。
We stayed 3 times in this hotel this year, this stay is a pleasant surprise out of the 3 stays we had.
The check in reception gentleman was polite, efficient and on the point with the services and we were upgraded to a premium room.
The room given to us this time has been newly renovated, it is very user friendly, spacious, the air condition is fresh, bed is comfortable and there are hooks in the toilet to hang up the used towers.
The hotel’s lounge is comfortable. The food quality is great, we loved the choice of red / white wines. One shortcoming in the lounge is probably the bottled waters needs to be replenished more often as it often runs out in the evening.
Breakfast spread is good, taste is not fantastic but doable, the lady serving the noodle station is exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
Overall, We had a very satisfied stay this time.

Comfortable Bed and Great Location
はい、私はこのホテルを推薦します。
We were lucky to get an upgrade to a Junior suite this time, the suite is spacious and extremely quiet and comfortable. This is my go to hotel whenever I am in Singapore. Hotel is old school, staff service can be off standard occasionally but they have always make it right in the end.
Please take note that this hotel is very popular with tourists so you can expect lots of noisy crowd and crazy breakfast queue during busy holiday season. The hotel has it hey day so the deco can be aged but it does has comfortable bed and spacious room. Also the higher floor rooms offer great city view which is priceless.
I would recommend this hotel if you are budget conscious but still want a comfortable hotel, spacious room with great access to MRT station and delicious food around the hotel.

Holiday Inn Darling Harbour
The Holiday Inn Darling Harbour is situated next to the bustling Chinatown, Thai Town, Paddy’s Markets and the newly developed Darling Square precinct, city’s premier destination for food, retail, and culture. Perfectly located in the CBD’s Haymarket suburb, the hotel is just a short 5 minutes' walk to the ICC International Convention & Exhibition Centre, 10 minutes' walk from Central & Town Hall Train Station and Sydney’s light rail networks are just on the doorstep.

Good Hotel at a convenient spot

Booked two rooms over the Chinese New Year period to experience the vibe of the famous Sydney darling Harbour. This is a decent Holiday Inn hotel, check in counter staff and the restaurant staff were not very friendly and not very attentive. but one of the night service manager was excellent when we complained that there was a cockroach in our bathroom, he came to the room real quick, and upgrade us to a better room immediately.
The hotel is in the great location, room cleanliness needs improvement and breakfast quality is acceptable.

Great Service old school hotel in a convenience location

はい、私はこのホテルを推薦します。
This is an old school hotel with spacious room, great shower pressure and friendly stuff located in the heart of Orchard Road, Hotel is comfortable, but in need of renovation as wears and tears starts to show on the property, it is although unsightly but does not affect the overall comfort if you choose to overlook the exposed ceiling lights and water stains here and there. Hotel now has the policy of only cleaning your room every other days which is not a problem for us, except for the 2 mugs and 2 drinking glasses provided for the 2 of us in the room, we ended up with no clean mugs and glasses on the 2nd days, this was however quickly rectified after a few calls to the front desk.
Housekeeping is not consistent depending on the cleaning crews, some days, everything were perfects with extra mugs, glasses and towers and change of sheets, somedays, either clean towers were not given, bedsheet not changed or mugs and glasses were missing and teabags were not replenished. One commendable service is that the housekeeping were always prompt to delivered whatever missing items we requested even at late hours.
Breakfast is great except for the lack of frequent change of menu varieties, so it does get boring especially if your stay is long or return to stay with them regularly.

Great old school hotel with great staff and big room, bed and pillows are comfortable. Although hotel is next to a major highway, we cannot hear any traffic noise from any of the rooms we stayed. Breakfast has a great varieties although it does get boring after a few frequent visits as the menu offered are quite similar with a few changes in between the days. The staff are attentive, cheerful and very friendly. Loved the executive rooms with the executive lounge access and free laundry service (limit to two pieces per day). This is the hotel we come to whenever we find ourselves in Singapore.

Great old school hotel where hospitality is in the heart of the management and staff of the establishment. Fanastic Location, great spacious room with 2 big decent double beds that is able to accommodate up to 3 adults comfortably. No problem for me and my two teenagers to share the beds. Blankets provided is just right for the room temperature (set at 21 degree) and there are choices of pillows available. .
Plenty of powerpoint and great lightings for reading and putting on makeup. Big tinted window that lets in the sun but not the heat. Black out curtain are there when you need to sleep in.
MRT and Orchard Road is just 5-10 minutes by foot. Plenty of eateries and 7-eleven near by.
Only complain is the water pressure in the shower is a tag weak and the shower is in the bathtub which will be a problem for older traveller to get in and out of tub before and after shower.
Overall, this is a great hotel especially for traveller that is looking for how hotel is suppose to be in the olden days.
