I had 2 separate bookings. One for 15-17 July and the other for 17-18 July. During check out I noticed that the arrival date on my bill was incorrect (17 July) so I informed the lady who checked me out to correct the arrival date to 15 July but she refused to do (she was lazy) and assured me that I will get the correct points for the stay and also 3 nights stay in my IHG account. However, I received points only for 1 night stay of 17th night. I emailed to the hotel and then twice the staff replied back stating that points for all 3 nights stay has been posted which was incorrect (again these 2 staff were lazy to check). Finally, IHG desk got involved and credited my account for the entire stay. In the meantime, I had to waste my precious time to explain to those immature, unprofessional, untrained, lazy staff about the facts but they were just avoiding me. This is not the first time but I have encountered such situation several times. I THINK THIS HOTEL IS NOT FIT TO BE AN IHG MEMBER AS THEY ARE SPOILING THE GOOD NAME, REPUTATION, BRAND OF IHG. THE HOTEL SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE IHG.
