My recent stay here truly embodied what hospitality means!
I flew in from Guangzhou in the early morning and arrived at the hotel well before check-in time. Spotting my IHG membership, the staff seated me in the lobby bar. To my delight, the room was ready before noon. The front desk made my early arrival a breeze.
The hotel's noodle bar was a highlight. Their Sichuan noodles were perfectly spicy and super tasty. The bowl was literally bigger than my face! There were also great offerings during happy hour. I expected basic snacks, but the hotel offered real dishes. I loved how the staff kept refilling the dumpling baskets before they emptied.
What really stood out was how they followed up. Annie called me a few hours after I checked out to ask if everything was okay. I could truly sense the hotel's earnest emphasis on customers' experiences.
The rooms were quiet and well-cleaned, even those facing the exhibition center. I will definitely stay here again if I go to Chengdu again. This place sets a high bar for other Holiday Inns.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at InterContinental Dongguan, and it was an experience that far exceeded my expectations.
Before my arrival, Eric, one of the hotel staff, was extremely attentive over the phone. He listened intently to my needs, carefully inquired about the purpose of my trip, and made meticulous arrangements. His thoughtfulness set a wonderful tone for my entire stay.
Upon check-in, I was immediately struck by the unique and elegant design. The grand lobby exudes a sense of modern luxury, seamlessly combined with a sophisticated atmosphere. Every corner, from the tastefully decorated public areas to the stylish guest rooms. The infinity pool was truly a highlight. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day, allowing me to enjoy a refreshing swim.
During my stay, the team at the Executive Lounge made it an unforgettable occasion. Judy was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She paid close attention to my requests regarding the room decoration for the birthday celebration. Not only did she ensure that every detail was perfect for my child, but she also showed great patience in catering to the needs of the elderly in my family.
Freya, another remarkable staff member, was extremely efficient in handling my questions and requests throughout my stay. She provided prompt feedback and ensured that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is a testament to the commitment to excellence.

The Executive Lounge itself offers an outstanding experience. The service is impeccable, and the dining selection is equally impressive. The food and beverages are of high quality, with carefully selected ingredients and artful presentation. The professionalism and attentiveness of their staff make every visit to the lounge a delight.
Overall, InterContinental Dongguan strikes a perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. It is not just the excellent design that makes it stand out, but also the exceptional team of employees like Eric, Judy, and Freya. Their efforts truly made my trip a memorable and fulfilling one. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers and am already looking forward to my next visit.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Hotel Indigo Hakone Gora. The room arrangement was especially thoughtful, as they provided me with a joint room that connected the two rooms I had booked, making my stay much more convenient and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. One suggestion for improvement would be to inform guests that if they don’t have a reservation at the restaurant but still need a meal, they can call for 24-hour room service. This would add even more convenience to an already wonderful stay.

The check-in staff of the hotel were extremely warm and enthusiastic. They answered all my questions promptly, identified my membership level rapidly, and introduced the membership benefits to me. The guest room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The swimming pool and fitness facilities of the hotel offered a great experience, and my family and I loved them. The view outside the executive lounge was mediocre, but the warm and friendly service of the staff completely made up for this deficiency. Especially Ms. Wu Yaxin, who might be one of the best executive lounge staff I have ever encountered. She was proactive and passionate in her work, could observe the detailed needs of the guests and offer services initiatively. Although I didn't have meals at the hotel during this stay, the catering options of the hotel were very rich.

My stay at the hotel was truly remarkable. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and answered every question with patience. The young female waitress at the swimming pool was incredibly kind and attentive, not only providing mineral water but also offering mosquito repellent when she noticed I was bitten by mosquitoes. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and Mr. Chen was very enthusiastic in asking about my needs and actively collecting suggestions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The InterContinental Foshan is truly outstanding. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with an air of elegance and luxury. The lobby is spacious and beautifully decorated.
The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and every detail has been carefully considered. The bedding is soft and inviting, ensuring a good night's rest. The bathroom is clean and tidy, with high-quality toiletries.

The service at the hotel is remarkable. The staff are warm, friendly, and extremely proactive. They are always ready to answer any questions and provide assistance. They helped me have a very enjoyable journey in Foshan.
The restaurant offers an IHG member-exclusive dining area, with excellent service and a rich breakfast. The executive lounge is elegant and refined, providing a wide variety of high-quality food options. The service staff are always smiling, making my family feel very comfortable and full of praise.
After checking out, the Guest Relations Officer, Reine, promptly followed up and listened carefully to the customer's suggestions.
Overall, the InterContinental Foshan is an excellent hotel, providing an outstanding location and service experience. It is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

I had an outstanding stay at the IHG hotel. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly shown to my well-appointed room.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed provided a good night's sleep, and the amenities were of high quality. The bathroom was spotless and had all the necessary toiletries.
What really stood out was the level of customer service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. They were knowledgeable about the local area and offered helpful recommendations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's tastes. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and many attractions. Spent a family day in Yokohama and had a great experience staying at Pier 8. I also booked a room in the InterContinental Grand and in comparison, from parking to check-in, from the decoration of the room to the service experience, Pier 8 is much better.
