I expect high quality from this hotel. $150.00 didn’t provide it. Placing a dog in the room next to mine is inexcusable. We had to listen to this dog for an extended period of time. In addition the cleaning lady said this has been a continuous problem placing animals in
rooms next to other guests without pets. We were never asked if this would be an issue. Not to mention the health of guests with pets allergies. Less expensive hotels provide better service.

Our Ontario California hotel offers Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, gym, and 24/7 Business Center. Less than a block from the Ontario Convention Center, the Holiday Inn Ontario Airport is also only 6 minutes from the Ontario International Airport (ONT).
Go shopping at Ontario Mills with more than 200 stores and restaurants or pay a visit to Ontario's oldest existing business, the Graber Olive House, home of the renowned Graber olives. Catch a local sporting event or concert at the Toyota Arena/Citizens Business Bank Arena with friends or take the family to the Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park with over 150 acres of recreational activities. Am 2.05 Abends wollte ich anfragen, ob ich ein Late Check Out haben kann. Die Rezeptionistin, hat nichtmal mein Zimmer oder mich geprüft sondern direkt abgelehnt und meinte es geht nur am Abreise Tag. In meinen über 200 Nächten in den letzten Jahren, habe ich so einen Quatsch noch nie gehört.

Feedback on My Stay at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort
1. Peak Season Experience Fell Short of Expectations
The resort was fully booked due to the Vietnamese public holiday, significantly impacting service quality. By 10:00 AM, all pool/beach loungers and the Long Bar were fully occupied, leaving guests to self-organize activities (e.g., table tennis, billiards, KTV). Despite a 5-night stay, the Concierge team initially informed us that the Wildlife Tour was fully booked. After multiple requests, we were placed on a waitlist. Notably, three reserved groups failed to attend, yet no proactive solutions were offered until we escalated to the Concierge supervisor. This reflects inadequate contingency planning for peak periods.

Conclusion:
While the property’s natural setting remains stunning, operational shortcomings during peak periods, particularly in staff training, benefit fulfillment, and capacity management, did not justify the price point. I expect InterContinental to address these systemic issues to align service delivery with its luxury branding.
As an IHG Platinum Ambassador, I am redeeming points for a 4-night stay:

Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express Akron NW - Fairlawn hotel, located in the upscale suburb of Fairlawn, Ohio, just a few minutes west of downtown Akron. We are located within minutes from I-77, on State Route 18, also known as Market Street. We offer 88 beautifully appointed rooms. Whether traveling for business or leisure, travelers will appreciate amenities such as our 24-hour business center with Internet, indoor pool, and fitness center. We offer our Express Start Breakfast Bar, a hot breakfast complimentary to all guests.
We are directly across the street from the Summit Mall and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Major corporations including Signet Jewelers, Panther Transportation and First Energy are all nearby.
It is easy to visit everything the Akron area has to offer. Our hotel provides the ideal location near great activities and venues such as Blossom Music Center, Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens, Football Hall of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Room Not Ready and Missing Essentials.

We checked in around 5:30 PM and were disappointed to find that our assigned room had not been cleaned yet. We were moved to another room, but unfortunately, there was no toilet paper in the washroom. These issues affected our initial impression of the stay and we hope the hotel can improve on room readiness and basic amenities.

Check rooms itching

We both itched one of the 2 nights we were there and nearly a week after we returned home. This is my first such experience in this hotel location however this is the second visit in a row we’ve notice more and more pets .

This hotel is beat. Floors were dirty. Interior was dark and outdated. At least one Elevator down every day. Restaurants not open and nothing close to walk to. Snack bar was not stocked until Wednesday night and it was sad. Bathroom was beat. Tub chipping. Room is dark and dated. Bed seemed clean and comfortable enough. No fitted sheets which was strange. Whole place was dusty so didn't use the coffee maker as it was covered. Worst part was the bugs. Only 1 or 2 first half of the trip so did not want to overreact. Then found a big roach in the fridge. I was grossed out but was leaving shortly after. Hotel staff is below average at best. Parking is a scam. They direct you to a lot that is $25 a night when street parking is free. IHG should shut this place down. So bad going to change brands on next business trip to STL
