I had a good stay except there is no TVB - the number 1 tv station in HK by far. I was planning to watch TV at night but TVB was not available. so i had to just play with my phone instead.

The bathroom not comfortable ceiling with hole, no face tissue paper , shower area not comfortable. It's not worth it compared with others intercontinental

The best part of the stay was the nice harbor view. The room was in good size and clean. Liz Wong from the maid service was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The only problem was the bathroom lock. One time it was stuck and couldn’t be opened easily but eventually it was opened and the maintenance crew was delayed to help. Ideally the bathroom lock should have a bigger ring or handle. Then it would be perfect. However we enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient.

I had two stays this past trip, and each one was fantastic.
They provide top-notch service for Diamond Members, And I find this to be the best overall value in Hong Kong.
The rooms are showing their age, BUT, they are still clean and well maintained. The view is great. There is SO MUCH around the hotel... food, drink, entertainment. There are usually taxis waiting, although I always Uber and the wait is generally two minutes or less. Hung Hom station and TST station are both less than a 10-minute walk.
The newly renovated Lounge is very nice, and Phoenix and Lucia make the experience feel like home. Friendly greetings and nice chat make the experience feel like home. As I reflect back I think I've had very little interaction with other staff, so perhaps these two alone make my stay. Whatever the hotel is paying them... it should be more! ;-)

The food option was great, lots of selections. Many stations like noodles, eggs, etc. Coffee and tea selection was good as well. I would highly recommend the restaurant for breakfast. We also used the Tiffany bar, staff were friendly.

The housekeeping and concierge services are wonderful. I would like to commend in particular the excellent and caring attitudes of Mr Keung Hing Yuen of the Concierge and Ms Fu Chun Yu of the housekeeping. They made my stay at the hotel very pleasant. Besides, Ms Sheilalaine responded promptly to my request for the missing stay points. She explained clearly how I could earn points during my next stay. She was really nice, considerate and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The breakfast, especially the 滷肉飯 was very well-liked by my travel companions. The bed was very soft, not very suitable for elderly. The reception staff could be more patient and friendly to all guest. We were asking how/ the easiest route to go to a certain destination, and wanted to clarify further as we were not sure even after the staff replied, but because the staff sounded abit frustrated, we dare not ask further. One suggestion which the hotel could be improved on would be to provide shuttle bus services to nearby attractions, night markets, or train stations. Other than the above, it was a great experience.
