As platinum member my status was well recognized and due to China Labor day long holidays, all rooms were fully booked but I was given the opportunity to enjoy the lounge facilities to made my stay with hotel with great satisfaction! The management had shown their exceptional care and attention to IHG premium members!

The service is excellent and the food is yummy! Location is great and the decoration is romantic. There’s an old card placed in front of the entrance door which is fantastic and impressive. I love the stay!

Compared to other hotel In the area this hotel was the best. The staff was friendly and the rooms were so nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet had so many choices.

Staff are poorly trained and not up to standard for an Intercontinental…..more like staff you expect at a holiday inn express. I arrived at 14:30 and ask whether I could have my room ready at 3pm, if so I would just wait at the lobby. The staff gave me a blank face and said she didn’t know. I had to call another staff and asked the question again. She took a while. I went back again at 14:55 and finally got an answer that it will take a bit more time and he took us to the tea lounge to have free drinks and wait. After arriving at the room, there was dust on the faucet of the tub……

This is my third stay, and I’ve always had a very good overall impression of the hotel. However, this time I stayed in a room on the sixth floor, and my sleep at night was affected by the low-frequency noise coming from the bar on the fifth floor. As a result, I didn’t sleep well the entire night. If I stay here again, I will ask in advance if it’s possible to be assigned a room that’s not on the sixth floor. That said, all other services especially the staff were excellent, and I really appreciate their hospitality.

Fantastic Service That Rivals the Ritz! While the hotel itself might not be brand new, the exceptional service I received during my recent stay absolutely blew me away. The customer service team was outstanding – incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile. I especially want to thank MA and the manager for their exceptional support and for making me feel so welcome. Beyond the incredible service, I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of my room. It was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. Additionally, the food was fresh and absolutely delicious – a real treat! The hotel's location is also a major plus. It's incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Despite the hotel not being the newest, the fantastic service I experienced surpassed even my expectations of high-end establishments like the RitzCarlton. I was so impressed and will definitely be coming back for another stay. Highly recommended!
