In compare with other IHG hotels I have been staying. Shunde Holiday Inn didn't give me a warm feeling status. I have taken dim sum lunch at the restaurant in the hotel the quality of foods just in average, service is not up to expectation.

Hotel is good. Staff are friendly. Everything was great except: 1) One room has no hot water and after change, the room has smoke smell, so had to change again; 2) room temperature was too warm and cannot be adjusted; 3) lack of flexibility to accommodate f&b needs
