Welcoming Staff at the reception. Nothing was too much bother for them, and talked over your needs for your stay at the hotel, along with what to see and do in Chester and the surrounding area. Room was light and airy, very quiet during the night, so a good rest was had. Breakfast was plentiful and filling. Just right for a days business or exploring Chester, which is a very walkable place to visit. Had room service meals' that were well cooked and presented. Ideally located (didn't use parking facilities, so can't comment) most places are a short to medium walk away. You can even gets direct trains to Liverpool, for a day out, and to places along the North Wales coast, so plenty to see and do. Chester has great shopping and a vibrant night life. So well worth a short stay or long weekend.

Ideally located to the south of the City. I had to use a taxi from the railway station, but if you are on a fly drive/ car/ business type stay, then there are plenty of main roads in the vicinity, for getting around the area, and plenty of parking at the hotel, (make sure you register your car at reception) which leads to my only gripe during my stay, and that is road noise from the two main roads wither side of the hotel, so if you prefer to have your bedroom windows open, to help you relax, bring some ear plugs!. Apart from that, the staff are welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was filling, well cooked and plentiful, (sets you up for the day ahead). Evening meal was tasty, and the service was quick.
