Great location—property needs work
Yes, I recommend this property.
Let me start with the staff was great! The airport location fit our need. However, the property needs attention. The carpeting in the hallway and room were stained. The bathroom was missing wall panels so you could see the accumulated dust and dirt laying there. Not one ice machine on the 9 floors was operational. If you don’t need quick access to the airport, pick another property!

New property in Chattanooga. Friendly staff. Close proximity to restaurants and the airport. Also close to shopping, the Hamilton mall and numerous big box retailers. Good place to stay convenient to Interstate 75.

Nice property. However sleep was difficult. Bed was very hard and the a/c unit made loud grinding noises all night. They renovated the rooms but not the a/c. Room 315.
