L' Crowne Plaza® London - Kings Cross si trova in posizione centrale, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di King's Cross St Pancras.
Il personale vi accoglie nella lobby con pavimento in marmo del moderno Crowne Plaza® London - Kings Cross. Usufruite dell' Ozone Health & Fitness Club per una nuotata, una sauna e un bagno turco. Dalla stazione di King's Cross St Pancras , a 15 minuti, ci sono collegamenti per la città, per l' aeroporto di Londra Heathrow e i treni Eurostar.
L' Crowne Plaza® London - Kings Cross si trova accanto ad aziende locali come il Royal Mail Mount Pleasant Sorting Office e gli ITN studios. Le sei sale riunioni climatizzate sono ideali per conferenze e matrimoni. Navigate con Internet wireless in tutto l'hotel.
A due passi troverete il grandioso British Museum e la modaiola Bloomsbury . Assistete a un balletto al vicino Sadler's Wells e chiedete al concierge di prenotare un biglietto per i teatri del West End.

This has always been a great example of a Holiday Inn. It's being refurbished so things are a bit untidy outside but the service is still as good.

Scegliete l'Holiday Inn Express Southampton-West, perfetto per le famiglie e a soli cinque chilometri dal porto di Southampton. Il moderno Holiday Inn Express Southampton-West è facile da trovare, trovandosi vicino alle autostrade M271 e M27 , ed è dotato di ampio parcheggio notturno gratuito . È semplice arrivare all' isola di Wight con un breve spostamento in traghetto dal vicino porto di Southampton ; potrete programmare l'escursione sfruttando la connessione a Internet wireless della vostra camera decorata in stile nautico. Prenotate una delle nostre spaziose Family room, dotate di un divano letto in più nel caso portiate i vostri figli con voi. Potete lasciare l'auto nella nostra sicura rimessa separata dall'hotel, grazie al pacchetto Park, Stay and Cruise , e prendere la navetta fino al terminal del porto, che si trova a poche miglia dall' Holiday Inn Express Southampton-West . Ordinate piatti gustosi nell'informale bar della Great Room . Il buffet della colazione gratuito propone piatti caldi, come uova strapazzate e salsicce.

Our cushy garden terrace is the summertime place to see and be seen, and our hotel is centrally located between Messe Düsseldorf, renowned for its international fairs, and Düsseldorf City Center, with its famous shopping boulevard, Königsallee, in the middle of the fashion mecca.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet.
Im Badezimmer hat auch alles gepasst, es war allgemein auch sehr sauber.
Die Sauna war gut ausgestattet mit angenehmen Ambiente.

- Die für mich zu kleine Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.
- Um 08:00 fing vor meiner Haustür schon das Putzpersonal an zu saugen, was mich erheblich beim Schlafen gestört hat

Lieber Jayaskay, vielen Dank für deinen Aufenthalt bei uns und für dein tolles Feedback. Es freut mich zu hören, dass es dir bei uns gut gefallen hat. Wusstest du, dass die Speisen auf unserem Frühstücksbuffet alle lokal und nachhaltig ausgewählt sind? Aus ökologischen Aspekten und der Umwelt zur Liebe haben wir daher den Fokus weniger auf die Vielfalt gelegt. Einige Gerichte und Produkte sind nur auf Anfrage erhältlich um zu garantieren, dass alles frisch zubereitet wird. Sprich beim nächsten mal direkt unser Personal an wenn es dir an etwas fehlt :) Bezüglich der Lautstärke die morgens von unserem Housekeeping Personal verursacht wurde, werde ich mit unserer Hausdame Rücksprache halten und wir werden versuchen deinen nächsten Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu gestalten. La splendida Piazza San Marco di Venezia, l'arte di livello mondiale della Collezione Peggy Guggenheim e il Teatro La Fenice sono a soli 30 minuti di auto o 25 minuti di treno dalla stazione di fronte all'hotel. Le nostre sei sale meeting illuminate da luce naturale possono ospitare fino a 250 persone e il nostro Crowne Plaza Meetings Director è a disposizione per aiutarvi a organizzare il vostro evento. Potrete scoprire la Venezia romana nella vicina Altino o la Laguna di Venezia, da cui potrete facilmente raggiungere Murano con le sue vetrerie.

La ringraziamo per il suo gentile riscontro e per i suoi complimenti al nostro staff.
Notiamo, però, che ci sono state delle note negative circa il suo soggiorno e ci scusiamo se l’esperienza offertale dal nostro hotel non si è rivelata all’altezza delle sue aspettative. Sarà nostra cura discutere le problematiche da lei evidenziate con i responsabili dei nostri dipartimenti al fine di migliorare il servizio offerto e evitare che simili inconvenienti abbiano a verificarsi nuovamente in futuro.
Dal nostro canto, possiamo garantirle che tutti i prodotti offerti nel nostro ricco buffet mattutino sono accuratamente selezionati e preparati dallo staff del nostro ristorante per garantire gli alti standard del brand Crowne Plaza. Ci teniamo inoltre a precisare che la camera assegnatale in occasione del suo soggiorno rappresenta un upgrade a una junior suite da 37 mq, una stanza decisamente spaziosa e confortevole, la cui abbondante metratura non ha pari nella zona.
Speriamo di rivederla presto al Crowne Plaza Venice East.

The room was excessively hot and the thermostat didn't work.
Despite the hefty looking double glazing the noise from the nearby road disrupted any attempts to sleep.
