Have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it is now better than ever. The rooms are nicely refurbished and are comfortable - although our room was a bit on the small side. Good breakfast and good service all round. They do seem to be much more customer focussed than in the past. It is well managed. It would be nice as a rewards customer to be offered some small extras - i.e a drink at the bar or a free room upgrade.

Soggiornando nel nostro hotel potrete raggiungere comodamente i business park e lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio gratuito . Navigate in rete sorseggiando un caffè grazie alla connessione Internet wireless gratuita nell'accogliente Great Room. Nelle due sale riunioni con aria condizionata potrete ospitare fino a 25 persone per una conferenza interattiva o una riunione aziendale. L'Holiday Inn Express Bedford si trova a circa due chilometri dalle aziende che hanno sede nel Priory Business Park e a circa nove chilometri dal grande centro di collaudo autoveicoli di Millbrook . We have just spent a weekend at the Elstow HIE, and everything was up to its usual standards. The staff are friendly and the rooms good, clean and tidy. We have no hesitation in going back again!
