The staff on reception and in the bar area were very friendly and professional. The evening meal was good and again service was excellent. The let down was the breakfast which was all dried up and not pleasant as it had been left under the hot plates to long.
We did use the gym which was to warm even with the air conditioning on. In the bedroom the bed was nice and soft, shame about the pillows they were rock solid , other hotels I've stayed in have a mixture of soft and hard, not this hotel. I would stay at this hotel due to the cleanliness and service and will use McDonald next door for breakfast next time.

It is disappointing to hear your feedback on breakfast, this is usually an areas we receive compliments on, please be assured I will discuss the points you raised with our Head Chef and Food & Beverage Manager to ensure breakfast is closely monitored going forward.
It is a delight to hear the remainder of your stay was on the whole enjoyable. We have just replaced all our pillows and bedding in the hotel, all rooms come with 2 soft and 2 hard pillows, however as they are still so new they're still a little firm. If you would prefer a softer pillow, our friendly reception team would be happy to arrange feather pillows for your room on your next stay,

This was a Holiday Inn at its most basic. It was OK for an overnight visit, but Holiday Inn hotels in third-world countries offer more comfort and amenities at a fraction of the cost. The rooms need to be freshened up; there are chips in the paint and the woodwork. But the beds are comfortable, and that may be all that's necessary.

Scegliete il rilassante Holiday Inn Lancaster, a pochi minuti di macchina dal Lake District, dotato di un centro benessere proprio.
Una volta entrati nella vostra luminosa stanza all' Holiday Inn Lancaster capirete che vi aspetta un soggiorno da favola. Il nostro hotel è il punto di partenza ideale per esplorare il Lake District; inoltre siamo vicini all' uscita 34 dell'autostrada M6 . Il centro di Lancaster è a meno di 5 chilometri; mettiamo a disposizione parcheggi gratuiti . I voli atterrano all'aeroporto internazionale di Blackpool, a 56 chilometri di distanza.
Organizzate un evento per 130 ospiti nella Halton Suite, dotata di ingresso indipendente, o scegliete una delle cinque sale più piccole, tutte dotate di connessione a Internet ad alta velocità . La centrale di Heysham e British Energy si trovano a un quarto d'ora di macchina di distanza.
La baia di Morecambe si trova a 8 chilometri di distanza; in quella zona è possibile visitare il castello di Lancaster e fare un'escursione in bicicletta lungo il fiume Lune, che scorre accanto all'hotel. Concedetevi un po' di nuoto e dei trattamenti di bellezza nel nostro Spirit Health Club .

L'Holiday Inn Berlin City-West vi offre il meglio per il lavoro e il tempo libero. L'Holiday Inn Berlin City-West, un moderno hotel di 336 camere con interni Bauhaus, sorge su un viale alberato nella parte occidentale di Berlino, a 10 minuti di navetta dall' aeroporto di Tegel . Sentitevi a casa nella vostra spaziosa camera con connessione a Internet wireless . L'Holiday Inn Berlin City-West si trova in posizione strategica, accanto alla sede centrale di Siemens e a 10 minuti d'auto dal centro congressuale e fieristico internazionale di Berlino. Possiamo organizzare eventi per un massimo di 750 persone nelle nostre 15 flessibili sale riunioni , tutte dotate di connessione a Internet wireless. I monumenti del centro di Berlino sono a un breve spostamento in U-Bahn dalla vicina stazione di Rohrdamm. 离机场很近，但没有直达公交，也不提供接送服务，到地铁口还要走大概400米。本人是高级会员，酒店升级了房间，性价比还是不错的。
