Convenient location in Fulham for a stop over.
Rooms are very well maintained.
Car park is not very big to be able to accomodate the amount of guests that may stay in the weekdays.
On this visit my room was in the annex building, which is not nice when weather is bad and it was pouring. The view from my room was the back of the telephone exchange, so curtains closed all the time.
No availability of soya milk cartons in toom for those of us who are allergic to cows milk (lactose). Had to ask for soya milk for breakfast. No provision in cooked breakfast for vegans.
Rooms are very well maintained.

Sei vicino al centro di Lisbona se scegli l'Holiday Inn Lisbon-Continental. L'Holiday Inn Lisbon-Continental è un moderno e sinuoso grattacielo situato su un viale animato a 10 min di taxi dall' Aeroporto Humberto Delgado . Siamo a un minuto dalla stazione metro di Campo Pequeno da dove passano treni diretti per il centro città. Sistemati nella tua elegante camera e vai in rete con internet wireless . Il tuo soggiorno all'Holiday Inn Lisbon-Continental può anche essere produttivo, con 9 moderne sale riunioni che ospitano fino a 200 persone e un Business Centre aperto 24 ore su 24 . Siamo a due passi dal quartiere finaziario, l'Instituto Superior Técnico e le grandi compagnie come Ernst and Young. Il Lisboa Congress Centre è a 15 minuti di metro e l'hotel offre un ampio parcheggio e facile accesso all'autostrada IP7. Con una breve passeggiata dall'hotel si raggiungono l'arena di Campo Pequeno in stile neomoresco e le opere d'arte del Museu Calouste Gulbenkian . Il Castello di San Giorgio domina il labirinto di vicoli e piazzette del quartiere medievale di Alfama a 4 km dall'hotel. La palestra dell' Holiday Inn Lisbon-Continental è dotata di attrezzature moderne. L'accogliente Continental Restaurant offre un'ottima cucina portoghese e internazionale e il Lobby bar è perfetto per chiacchierare fino a tardi con gli amici di fronte a un drink e degli stuzzichini.

家族とともに観光旅行で訪れました。繁華街からは、少し離れていますが、歩いて少しのところに地下鉄もあり、街の中心部へ行くことには、問題はありませんでした。が、ホテルの近くには、レストランやお店が少なく少し寂しい気がします。

I would like to say a HUGE Thank You" to the following lovely people: Anshu - who welcomed me warmly on my arrival and even offered me breakfast having seen how much I had suffered coming from the horrendous cold weather. All my fingers were absolutely frozen having dragged my luggage from West Brompton Station. On arrival, I started speaking ANOTHER language (swearing) at the weather which I wasn't too proud of - It was only a very short one though!
Milos - (Bless) offered me a hot drink, which helped a lot and was extremely pleasant and always listened to my experience of frustration with some (external) service providers I was dealing with. David - I mentioned my previous lost IHG reward points to him and he researched the issue immediately and managed to retrieve them in an extremely timely fashion.
Ade - Leant me an iPhone charger which I returned to the front desk before I departed.
Cleaner - Was spectacular - always eager to clean and tidy my room - had to beg her not to bother cleaning it every day as it was so easy to keep it clean myself. However, the only issue which I was not at all pleased about was the "repeated" choice of breakfast. Even though the booking stated "free breakfast" the presentation and choice really needs to be improved. It was quite bad the last time I stayed here (maybe about 4 years ago). I really thought and hoped the choice of food would at least have improved along with the refurbishment of the hotel. The same limited food choice/bad presentation every day is not at all desirable hence left a lot to be desired! Partly cooked CHUNKS of jumbo bacon and sausages all lumped together in their individual hot trays - not at all appetizing! Breakfast I believe has already been included in the price of staying at this hotel thus good quality/variety of food should be provided or WHY bother? Rating is 4 stars simply due to the quality of ‘Breakfast’ provided.

Ci sono pi di 900 camere nel nostro imponente edificio di 27 piani , oltre a un frequentato pub, dove potrete sorseggiare un drink in compagnia. I ristoranti e i caff della verde Kensington sono a pochi passi e la stazione della metropolitana di Gloucester Road si raggiunge in due minuti a piedi. Siamo vicinissimi al Museo di storia naturale e alle boutique monomarca della vivace High Street Kensington . Prendete la metropolitana per visitare celebri attrazioni, come Buckingham Palace e il London Eye . Durante il vostro soggiorno all'Holiday Inn London Kensington Forum potrete anche lavorare. Le nostre 11 attrezzate sale riunioni sono in grado di accogliere fino a 280 persone. Su richiesta viene servito caff Starbucks. Really enjoyed the hotel, location and staff. First time to London. Staff was very friendly and informative. Spent time in the lounge -which was clean, comfortable, and had many big screen TV's. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I will be returning next month

It is unfortunate to hear you did experience issues with the firmness of the beds and also that the bar area was not to your liking.
We do feel our parking arrangements are very competitive for a city centre hotel and we are working on streamlining the parking process.
