服务人员服务到位，房间热水和暖气有问题。
另外早餐一般，服务也一般，服务员大声说笑。
房间内的家具比较陈旧了，就住一晚也没有很多大要求，但是热水和暖气确实影响了睡眠质量。对酒店的豪华程度有点失望，和中国的皇冠比这一家也就是个快捷酒店的水准

Alcorcon train station is a 10-minute walk away, and several metro stations and bus stops are within an easy stroll, getting you to central Madrid in no time. So i booked this hotel because of the 5k pointsbreak. I wasn't expecting much as it is a holiday inn express but there are some flaws to this property. Their king size bed is super small, i think its a full size. Our first room the door room casing literally fell off lol we had to move to a different room and that includes the non working heater too. The room that we moved to was pretty much the same lay out.
Ok so the good points. It as a very affordable hotel and with the 5k points not bad at all. The train is 7minutes walk i think. Close to a shopping center for shopping. Not much good restos in the area though, except for the one beside the property. Will we stay here again? Probably no and yes. Yes if it was a pointsbreak and their staff named Catalina. She is one the best front desk staff i have ever encountered on our travels. She always have a solution to our concerns. She even lend us her own heater in the office so my 20mos old baby won't freeze. She is very helpful and friendly really genuine personality. I think IHG should look into her performance and promote her to a manager or even higher role.
I am a business owner as well and for me, personality is something you cant teach to anybody. So if you have this and you are a hardworker then you are special.
So yes please promote her! So all the staff will follow her work ethics :)

Scegliete l'Holiday Inn Brussels-Schuman per soggiornare nel cuore del quartiere europeo. Il nostro hotel moderno dispone di 59 camere e dista soli 12 km dall'aeroporto di Bruxelles. La facciata azzurra dell'hotel risalta tra gli scintillanti edifici della Commissione europea, mentre la lobby in marmo è decorata con stampe di Picasso. Con la metropolitana è semplicissimo girare la città: la fermata Schuman si trova ad appena 500 metri dall'Holiday Inn Brussels-Schuman. Invitate fino a otto persone per un incontro informale nella sala riunioni dell'Holiday Inn Brussels-Schuman e usate liberamente il PC nella lobby. Con una breve passeggiata potrete visitare tutte le istituzioni del Parlamento europeo. Ristorante Pablo's serve colazione americana e pasti leggeri di fronte al giardino. Dopo un allenamento nella MiniGym, dissetatevi con una bibita gratuita e assaggiate le birre fruttate locali al Pablo's Bar. I musei e i giardini di Jubelpark si trovano a due passi dall'hotel.

Great friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms up to the usual excellent Holiday Inn standards. Just wish the Holiday Inn chain would improve the choice at breakfast. Standard scrambled egg and sausages is the offering at Holiday Inn expresses. Would really up thier game if they were to go crazy and offer bacon and poached eggs as well.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, given our city centre location, our hotel does not have on site car parking. Instead, we have an arrangement with a facility a short 2-3 min walk from the hotel where our guests can enjoy discounted parking during their stay. As a Holiday Inn Express hotel, we aren't equipped with all the same facilities that you would often find in a full service hotel, however we still aim to provide a high level of service alongside a clean and comfortable bedroom with breakfast included. I very much hope we get the opportunity to welcome you back again soon.

Stayed here for 1 night as it was close to Palace theatre where I was going.
The hotel staff were very friendly and check in was fast and efficient.
The room was clean and comfortable and we had a very good
sleep.
The breakfast was disappointing. There was a very poor choice of
hot food. There was only scrambled egg sausage and beans!!.
Overall the stay here was ok but spoilt by the breakfast experience.
