Good comfortable Hotel

I stayed overnight on business at this hotel. Staff and check went well no issues. The room were clearly refurbished and the on minor area which was more a niggle was they painted the door frames in a sloppy manner paint was on the new carpet and the wood between the carpet and bathroom flooring was only half painted. it just looked poor and tacky.

Breakfast was ok nothing special but ok none the less.

The worst hotel in IHG group

Many of the room basic facilities don't work properly. Lighting, shower controls.

Scoprite Mosca dall'Holiday Inn Moscow-Suschevsky, che si trova in posizione centrale e vanta eccellenti collegamenti stradali e via metropolitana. Bastano tre quarti d'ora di taxi per andare dall'aeroporto internazionale Sheremetyevo alla lobby sofisticata ed elegante dell'imponente Holiday Inn Moscow-Suschevsky . I rumori della citt scompaiono non appena entrerete in una delle spaziose camere, dotate di connessione a Internet wireless a gratis. Ci troviamo in posizione strategica, su un trafficato boulevard con accesso diretto alla circonvallazione, a tre minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Rizhskaya . L'hotel a cinque chilometri dalla sconfinata Piazza Rossa , dominata dal Cremlino e dai colori stravaganti delle cupole della cattedrale di San Basilio. Ежегодно останавливаемся в этом отеле, в этом году качество сервиса и уровень персонала сильно разочаровали:
Отсутствие гостепреимства везде, начиная с ресепшена (девушка в вечер 27.01.2017, с замученным лицом умирающего лебедя), в дальнейшем складывалось ощущение, что каждая наша просьба - это одолжение.
Опция executive сильно разочаровала, ассортимент и качество закусок - выбор стал скудным, неспелые яблоки, груши, апельсины; ассортимент завтрака урезан в 2 раза.
Отдельное слово про персонал - в субботу 26.01.2017 дважды упорно не здоровался официант в executive, хотя первыми поздоровались мы. Обслуживающий персонал из ближней азии. В целом вывод один - что такое клиентоориентированность персонал не знает.
И отдельно про нововведения - доставка в номер посуды, например бокалов для вина - 100 рублей, такого мы не встречали ни в одной стране мира.
Итог: отель, который оставлял ранее отличные впечатления, теперь тянет на 3 звезды максимум, и executive не стоит своих денег.
Очень жаль.
