This is a great Staybridge Hotel. We have stayed here before and that is why we came back for the great service. Tana checked us in and was super nice and welcomed us as Diamond Elite members. If you are ever in this area this is a must stop at hotel!

A very cheaply built hotel. You can hear people above you flush the toilet and walk. Our floor squeaked when you walked on it. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable! CBD container on floor behind bathroom door! Our worst IHG stay to date. The stay we did the night before in Vernon Texas was fantastic. Send the Gallup Team to Vernon for training!!!

This is the best IHG Hotel we have even stayed at.. The staff is fantastic from the time you check in until the day you check out. They check on you to make sure your stay is going perfectly. The breakfast is the best of any place we have ever stayed.

Got to the hotel and we had booked a few nights with our points. When I arrived the lady at the front counter was on the phone and it was a personal call. After waiting and waiting she finally to the person that she had to go someone was there to check in. As I was checking in she as if I had pets. We have two small puppies. she told me it would be $100 dollars per day for the pets. So, we are staying with points, but the room is going to cost me $700 dollars. I said absolutely not. I am not staying here for $700 dollars. She got nasty with me and said you will have to pay for the one night. I told she had better not charge me for the one night. We left and went to another hotel and their pet fee was $75 dollars for the entire stay. This is outrageous to charge $100 dollars per day for the pets. Makes me wonder about my loyalty to Holiday Inn. The folds at the other hotel thaT STARTS WITH A "M" were very nice and appreciated my business. Don't stay at this hotel if you have pets. I woudl not stay here even if I didn't have pets.
