Yes, I recommend this property.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very nice. The property was updated and room the rooms as well. The breakfast had a variety of choices to choose from and the Hrs were 6AM to 9AM.

We are within a short drive of all the main attractions in the area including OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment destination, Waterville USA, Tanger Outlet Center, Gulf Shores Zoo, Lambert's Cafe, The Track, Adventure Island, Gulf State Park, The Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Fort Morgan and The Wharf. But if you don't feel like going very far, we've got you covered with a complimentary breakfast served each morning. Candlewood Suites Mobile Downtown is located in the heart of downtown Mobile in walking distance of historic neighborhoods, the Dauphin Street Entertainment District, museums and restaurants. We are close to all interstates and easily accessible from the Port of Mobile. Brookley Complex is five miles from the hotel. The USA Medical Center is two miles from the hotel. All guestrooms include fully equipped kitchens. The hotel has a residential feel and atmosphere with all the right amenities including an outdoor swimming pool. Enjoy our landscaped private courtyard with a covered portico that includes an outdoor TV, fire pit, and BBQ facilities. For your convenience use the 24-hour complimentary guest laundry and gym.

Our stay was only for 1 night but it was very nice. The hotel staff was very helpful. It was very pleasant and memorable. Houma was a nice place to visit and we will return base on this visit. The hotel was very clean and a lot of Restaurant nearby the hotel.

The breakfast at this hotel had great variety. The Hotel staff was helpful and very friendly. In the evenings fresh baked chocolate chip cookies was offered-yum!
However, we did have some issues that was easily rectified. The biggest city that was nearby was Mobile, AL it was about 35 miles. The Best Wok Chinese restaurant was great.
