I like to stay in IHG Hotels as a Gold member. This is my 2nd time staying in staybridge. This experience was horrible. First of all Kevin who was at the front desk didn’t welcomed me as a member. I asked for luggage cart and he told me wait, i have been waiting so long with no luck i had to carry all my luggage up and down one by one. During the checkin i refuse the parking charge since i have other options. I didn’t fill the paper at all. During all my stay when i came to pick up my family he kept reminding me my car will be towed i told i will be quick and i moved in less than a minute. My room wasn’t clean for the all 3 nights of my stay. I understand the thanksgiving schedule but at least i could have received service on Friday. Kevin was the one who checked me out again and i asked him to email me the receipt he said yes even i never received it. Now check my IHG app, i’m surprise they charged me for 3 days parking. This is unacceptable. I reached out to them again and the assistant told me i will receive an email which i never received. I will follow up on this until i got my parking charge refund.
