Good management, great stays
Yes, I recommend this property.
Good management, to me this means customer satisfaction. The management and staff at Stay Bridge Suites constantly works to make each stay comfortable. The lite meals in the evenings really helps out when returning from work for the evening, less cooking and eating out. I have been staying here for approximately 4 years now traveling back and forth for business. Each day returning to the hotel and seeing the staff sweeping, wiping down surfaces, moping the floors, painting, replacing worn carpet, all of these things goes a long way to say this hotel and its management are doing all of the right things for customer satisfaction. When I am in Columbus, this will be my hotel of choice. (You need to stop in and see Mohamed and Milli, a great part of the staff).

Another Relaxing Stay
Yes, I recommend this property.
I have been staying at the staybridge suites on Olentangy River Road in Columbus now for over 3 1/2 years for business. Every time I check in Milli has greeted me with a smile and laughter, always asking how I have been. She helps make the time I stay as comfortable as possible. Since the addition of the supper meals during the week the stays are even better, "not having to cook". The meal time also offers the chance to meet and make friends that are staying at the hotel for different reasons. It just makes the stay more relaxing having some social conversations. My room has always been clean and well kept. I will continue to support this hotel as a relaxing place to stay.

Monday Check in.
Yes, I recommend this property.
Once again its monday and I will be checking in this afternoon just like I have been for almost 3 years now. It's a bit of piece of mind knowing that MIlli will have my room ready, and clean like always.
The staff are always friendly and will help with anything. The dinners that are held on Mondays' and Tuesdays and really nice and gives a chance to interact with other guests, and not having to cook or go out for dinner. Just one more thing the hotel is doing to add to a relaxing visit while on business.

Another comfortable stay is in the books. Clean room, good nights sleep. The evening dinner that is being offered 1 or 2 nights a week now is very nice. Hope they will keep putting on the dinners.

The employees are always smiling and happy, and Milli always has my room clean and ready for my check in. Staying out of town and walking into the hotel is like being with family. A very nice place to stay.

I stay away from my home every week due to business travel and the hospital work that I do. Walking in the hotel at check in and Milli greeting me as a friend really makes me feel comfortable. (Not just another hotel stay). Yes, I miss being at home, but the rooms that I stay in help to make me feel normal. Being able to cook a home style meal in the evenings when I return from work makes me feel so much better than eating fast food every night. The staff has always greeted me with kind words, this is something that you do not always get from people now in these days.

The amenities in the rooms are very nice to have when you’re staying away from home. Millie at the front desk is absolutely great for helping. Take care of any need you would ever have. She works very hard and is very good at her job. Should I write down?
