Overall very pleased
Yes, I recommend this property.
I spent 3 nights here and had a great stay. The suite was clean and in good condition. Everything worked. Not too noisy, just some typical noise in the hallway during the day/evening, but not late at night.
Breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit. I didn't interact with the staff much, but everyone was friendly and useful.

Generally good experience but noisy location
Clean room, nice bathroom and shower, but outside noise was sometimes bothersome. Fortunately I could turn on the fan to drown out some of the nose.
Check-out took 20 minutes. Drinks and food on the rooftop bar/restaurant were good, staff were friendly but things were very unorganized. The mandatory $29/night destination fee is a money grab but unfortunately not uncommon.
The highlight was breakfast on the ground floor. Great food in terms of quality and quantity and friendly service.

Great value and nice location
Yes, I recommend this property.
I spent two nights here but overall had a great experience. I liked the location, not in a busy area but restaurants and nightlife nearby. The room/bed was small but comfortable. Great value for the price. I was also impressed with the breakfast. It was better (more selection and higher quality) than the typical HI Express hotel breakfasts in other parts of the world, which mostly serve processed foods.
A few minor weakness: 1) I wasn't able to check in early, which I know isn't a guaranteed benefit, 2) despite my best efforts, water from the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. Just a poor design.

Great for a 4* property, a bit lacking for 5 stars
Yes, I recommend this property.
I spent 3 nights here and was overall pleased with the quality and value. The room was very well cleaned each day, with attention to detail. However there were some aspects that did not feel like a 5-star property, for example low-quality toilet paper and mediocre coffee pods. In many respects it felt like a 4-star property.
The location is mediocre, areas west and south you would not want to venture on your own at night. Some decent restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk away.
The bedding was comfortable although the mattress was rather soft. I sent an inquiry about the pillows (they were thin and soft, as I like them) 3 days ago and have not received a reply.

Comfortable room with good soundproofing
Yes, I recommend this property.
I spent 2 nights here in a king-size room in Jan '19, and was impressed with the sound proofing of the windows, the overall comfort of the room, and the amenities provided. In addition to a kettle with instant coffee, there was an espresso machine with 3 pods (1 was decaf), a refrigerator with water, Coke, and diet Coke (all at no cost), iron with ironing board, and reasonably good lotion, shampoo, etc. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was always fast.
The room tended to get too warm despite decreasing the thermostat temperature (likely the AC was switched off) so I occasionally opened a window. One other minor negative: the espresso capsules were re-filled with all decaf pods. I didn't realize this until the morning, and didn't have time to ask for some regular ones. A minor oversight.

Most impressive service recovery ever!

Yes, I recommend this property.
There were some issues with our initially assigned room: some of the amenities provided as a courtesy for a celebration were partly consumed. We were given a different room in the same category and they apologized profusely, plus offered us free breakfast. I was also told the hotel manager would contact me the next day.
The following morning, someone from the hotel called and informed us that we would be upgraded to the Presidential Suite that night. This suite was absolutely spectacular! Two floors, three bathrooms, massive living room with piano, two giant balconies with views of the city , premium toiletries -- everything one could ask for in a luxurious suite plus more. We were thoroughly impressed with their response, and sincerely appreciate their generosity.

Yes, I recommend this property.
Had a great one-night stay here. As an Ambassador, I was upgraded to a comfortable junior suite with a huge bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. Had dinner at the restaurant hotel and was very pleased with the food quality, presentation, and reasonable prices. Great atmosphere. Will definitely return.
