Not the best but also not the worse

No, I do not recommend this property.
This hotel is run down and could use a lot of help with a remodel and with employees. Ran out of breakfast daily, multiple things in my room not working and could never find an employee for help. Over price for parking. They have underground parking and still charge $20 plus tax a day. It is part of your building. You are choosing to nickel and dime people instead of including it.

No, I do not recommend this property.
Staybridge will not let me write the truth in my review. It does not get approved with the truth. So this review is partly true and the stars keep going down because of this. This hotel does not honor the pricing of another company and will inform you that you should have paid with that company if you wanted the discount. You get zero information about the hotels and things the hotel offers when you check in. It is up to you to figure out the hours of things, how to get into the parking garage, what the WIFI is, and when check out is. Never signed anything at check in that I approve prices or anything like other hotels do. The person working check in was nice so that was good. My room was super quiet which was amazing since this hotel is located on Aurora. My couch had a huge rip in it, the side tables were dusty and I had hair in my bed. So not really clean even though you have a note saying it was clean. I was staying here for a class that was at this hotel and it made life easier for that reason. The staff is super nice just not helpful when you have questions. At check out the front desk just took my keys and through them into a basket that said dirty keys. I never got a print out of my bill, never asked if I wanted one emailed to me, and I still have not received one. I noticed I was charged more than I thought I would be because I checked my bank statement. Its not because the staff is helpful

No, I do not recommend this property.
Great location for what I needed. Staff friendly but not helpful. They don't honor prices from other sites you can book through. You sign nothing to approve price so you can fight it. You don't get a printed or email receipt. "Hot" breakfast is cold and if you show up in the 8 o'clock hour it is almost gone and mind you it starts being available at 7:30 am.

Nice size room comfortable bed
Yes, I recommend this property.
Being someone that can not have gluten and dairy there are not many choice when it comes to breakfast. Which is a bummer since your room comes with breakfast. Staff is not very aware of their surroundings . You can stand at the front desk for a room minute and they would not know. You have to say something or wave at them to be noticed. I also got stuck outside of my room with a cart because housekeeping had two carts and were blocking the hallway.
